The property itself is truly beautiful, with excellent views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Restaurant was good. the restaurant staff were also polite and courteous. However, we were disappointed by the service from some of the other staff, particularly at reception. Given that this is a five-star hotel, we expected a higher standard of hospitality. We were traveling with large suitcases and needed assistance getting to and from our room, especially since the property includes several steps. Not only was help not proactively offered, but when we did request assistance, the staff’s response was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. Even when we expressed our thanks for the minimal help we eventually received, the attitude remained dismissive. The staff was especially rude at checkout time, the person at reception during check-in was not rude. For a hotel of this caliber, guest service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, the lack of warmth and professionalism from some of the staff left a negative impression. Also, the bathroom trash was already full when we arrived at the room. The location and beauty surrounding the property more than makes up for the lack of service, however don’t come here expecting a 5-star service.

A truly extraordinary breakfast experience. This restaurant manages to combine luxury and elegance with a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, a balance that is difficult to find. The buffet is very rich, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality raw materials, from international breakfast classics to local delicacies. The staff is impeccable, always attentive and courteous, ready to satisfy every request with a genuine smile that makes you feel immediately at ease. The attention to detail, from the layout of the buffet to the presentation of the dishes, reflects the dedication of the staff and the attention that this place reserves for its guests. An ideal place to start the day with class, without giving up the warmth of an authentic welcome. Absolutely recommended!

Village immersed in the countryside between hills and fields, offers restaurant service. The swimming pool has a view of the countryside. There is a 3 km dirt road to reach the village but it is very doable, wide and quite well maintained. Very kind staff. I recommend

The journey to Borgo Sant'Ambrogio is a bit of an adventure. You have to drive along a roughly 4 km long gravel road with many, sometimes deep, potholes. Once you arrive at the hotel, you're treated to a fantastic view. The rooms are nice and clean – everything is as you can see in the pictures. The grounds offer many opportunities to spend time outdoors (especially when it's nice and warm). We were somewhat disappointed with the staff. We weren't given a very warm welcome, rather cold. There were also many little things that shouldn't be present in a hotel of this rating. For example, we didn't have any toilet paper in the room, and when we went to ask, the staff were visibly annoyed at having to go with us to the storage cupboard. There were also half-finished bottles of drinks in the refrigerator. At our second dinner in the hotel restaurant, we were informed that several dishes on the menu were unavailable – about half of them. That was a real shame. The tiramisu for dessert was delicious :) We asked for a table by the window that evening, which they promised. However, when we arrived at the restaurant that evening, we were told that the owners would be sitting by the windows, and we'd have to settle for another table. We found that a bit of a shame. The points described here are all minor, but for a resort of this rating, they're a bit of a negative.

It's a very good accommodation. I stayed at a 450,000 won high-class agriturismo and here, but this one was much better. First of all, the view is great because there is a wide open plain in front of the accommodation, and the restaurant is in a separate building, so it's great for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are mostly two rooms attached to one living room, but I was lucky enough to be able to use the living room as well, so it was very comfortable. The bathroom was also modern, and I was really satisfied because it had a large window, so it was easy to ventilate. However, the access road is about 1km of unpaved dirt road, so you need to be careful.

A wonderful place, an oasis of peace with attention to every detail, very kind and attentive staff. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the dishes offered were very good. I only recommend better soundproofing of the rooms.
