I had dinner here last night with my family. What can I say? It was a fantastic evening from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and quaint, set in an ancient cellar with stone walls and antique doors, yet not at all stuffy. We were served by a very kind, friendly, and professional lady, whom I sincerely thank for her hospitality! And now for the food, a 10/10 for the chef! The dishes were sublime: classic appetizers and innovative traditional first courses made with fresh pasta and quality ingredients. The tagliata was so tender and melted in the mouth. The finale was explosive, with delicious, freshly prepared desserts! What more can I say? I hope to return, and well done! A round of applause to all of you!

A small entrance in the very central Via dei Priori leads to a quite large underground vaulted restaurant, with a very nice setting and a friendly, warm and efficient service. Borgo San Francesco offers both a reasonably priced tourist menu and an a la carte menu. The choice of dishes, mostly of the traditional and local cuisine is wide enough and the portions are generous. However, the food quality is a bit less inspiring than its quality, as all our choices were mostly average. Prices are average as well.

Restaurant in the heart of Perugia, the interior is in medieval style with stone walls. The food is typical traditional, tasty, also available in gluten free version. Kind and helpful staff. Recommended place!

The food in this restaurant is a poetry of taste. Very good handmade pasta. We ate papardelle with wild boar and tagliatele with ragu. Tiramisu for dessert 🙂🙃
