Dear, tonight with your EXCELLENT dishes and your kindness and thoughtfulness, you have made a celiac girl happy!!!! It's a dream to hear, the menu is almost entirely gluten free, the pinnacle of pleasure is fresh pasta they produce and sublime desserts.. Thank you ❤️🥺

Lots of gluten free options, but when checking whether a dish was gluten free the waiter replied: obviously it's meat and potatoes. Otherwise decent food and a lovely atmosphere.

The location is beautiful (we ate outdoors in the small square) set among ancient buildings in a historic street served and pampered by very kind staff. Excellent raw materials and traditional but original dishes such as the truffle egg cloud. The dish of the day, roast goose, is delicious, but I also recommend the fresh pasta. Interesting choice of wines but let's not underestimate the beautiful Umbrian wines which are only modest in price because they have plenty of character.

We went to eat at this place after a few friends had recommended it to me but I didn't imagine it would be so great. We started with two appetizers: -courgette roll with sausage and pecorino cheese from Norcia -Umbrian brustengolo with Norcia ham, cream cheese and chopped pistachios. They were truly excellent, a blend of delicate flavors that allowed us to savor the true Umbrian flavors. Then we continued tasting two first courses: -chitarrini with cherry tomatoes, basil and crispy bacon -strangozzi with black truffle from Norcia At first glance visually simple but once savored, successful dishes with excellent use of the raw materials. Finally we took two desserts recommended to us by the very nice and friendly waiter Elia - millefeuille with Chantilly cream and salted caramel -dark chocolate cake Nothing to say about this, absolutely worth trying. The excellent service, the waiters were extremely available for all our requests and were competent in recommending dishes that were truly unique and rare. Excellent price quality To return

Beer and the antipasti platter were great! The service and friendliness of the hosts was also top notch. I don't understand why the restaurant only has 4.2 🌟. Really an insider tip!

Very nice place in one of the most central streets of Perugia. The service was attentive and kind, they immediately asked if we had any intolerances (gluten in my case) and went to great lengths to explain the menu to me, which was not to be taken for granted. We had two seconds, both very good. Super recommended!

Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante perché sono celiaca (sul loro sito c’è scritto che sono inseriti nel circuito dell’AIC), il loro menù, tolte pochissime cose, può essere cucinato anche gluten free, fantastico! Dopo un iniziale indecisione perché tutti i piatti del menù erano super appetitosi, abbiamo optato per due antipasti e due primi, tutti buonissimi, in particolare la scafata (zuppa di fave e bietola), squisita. Il locale è tipico, ambienti in pietra, molto confortevole. Il personale gentilissimo, ha saputo gestire perfettamente la questione celiachia. Il conto più che onesto. Sicuramente ci torneremo in una delle nostre prossime gite a Perugia.

In pieno centro di Perugia si trova questa osteria interrata nella roccia. L’interno è molto caratteristico, senza troppi coperti. Il locale è informato AIC ed i primi senza glutine ci sono piaciuti molto( disponibilità di pasta fresca fatta in casa). Gran parte del menù è disponibile in versione senza glutine:. Peccato per il dolce…ordinato e mai arrivato. In generale il servizio è stato disorganizzato e lento, a discapito del cibo buono. Ottimo anche il vino rosso della casa.

Very characteristic restaurant with a large and varied menu of typical dishes also with special proposals. Excellent quality and fair price. There are also several vegetarian options.

Through an internet search we came across this nice little restaurant, which impressed us with its clear pictures and menu. The ambience is reminiscent of a medieval cellar, which was appropriately furnished and conveyed the appropriate flair. Unfortunately, there was no network coverage in the back part, while Wi-Fi was available in the remaining parts. The food was regional, typical and excellent, there was nothing to complain about. The cold cuts platter can be highly recommended. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a visit is recommended and if you need a social media break, then go to the back area.
