It's a place you wouldn't expect. I'd already heard about it, and my brother took me there. If you don't know it's there, you'd find it by chance, and when you walk in, it feels like you're walking into a private garden, like the garden of a house. It's actually a restaurant, but as soon as you arrive and talk to the two owners, you immediately feel at home. The selection of meats is truly excellent, and the cooking is perfect, strictly on the grill. And the grill is only wood-fired charcoal. The tartares are top-notch. The vegetable tartare is also truly excellent. The portions are decidedly generous. Let me tell you about this: among the tartares I ate, there was one with really good smoked meat, and I ordered it just to try it. The meat was good, but I didn't like the smoky flavor, and after talking to the owner, he immediately offered to bring me another. I really appreciated the gesture because it shows his attention to the customer. I told them there was no need because the fact that I didn't like it wasn't because the meat was good, but because I didn't like the smokey flavor. But that was a subjective assessment, not because of the quality. Since my brother ordered the trio of steaks alone, they also offered us dessert. The wine selection was also a surprise. They have a really well-curated wine selection. The price isn't cheap, but it's definitely in line with the quality of the meat. I'll definitely be back, and if you're a meat lover, I highly recommend it.

Consigliato da colleghi che abitano molto lontano da questo fantastico ritrovo del gusto...ho scoperto di avere dietro casa.. una realtà da 10 e più lode.. La gentilezza dei due proprietari... fratelli... Silvia in sala fa gli onori di casa...e Christian che doma il bracere con assoluta competenza... Appena si legge il menù.. si capisce subito che ci si prepara per momenti di assoluta delizia... e dopo aver provato più di una loro specialità consigliata.. ho alzato la paletta con il classico 10 che riservi per i migliori... E' inutile elencarvi le specialità.. ma se pensate di avere già un ristorante dove pensate di poter mangiare i primi più buoni sulla faccia della terra... preparatevi ad andare allora in orbita e cambiare pianeta con quelli proposti qui.. Secondi alla brace e crudi.. di alto livello... e poi una cantina di vini adeguata a momenti cosi speciali... Pane.. contorni e dolci... non hanno meno importanza e seguono l'alto livello proposto.. Consiglio un vino Cacchione Dop... Divina Provvidenza del quale lascio foto.. Veramente complimenti... impegno da premiare...

La location molto bella immersa nel verse. Il locale dispone di un parcheggio interno. Il servizio è stato cortese, disponibile e gentile. Buoni i piatti assaggiati (antipasti e primi piatti). Nel complesso buono il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. La prossima volta che avremo la possibilità di tornare assaggeremo sicuramente la carne.
