Everything was truly delicious, from the raw fish tasting to the steaks to the desserts. The revisited Jewish-style artichokes with a special sauce were also excellent. The rustic atmosphere was very nice... just a little noisy.

We celebrated a birthday with 50 people here at Borgo del Cacchione and were very satisfied. The room reserved for us was very welcoming, the staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the dishes were exquisite (Roman specialties, meat, and excellent vegetarian options). Everything went perfectly thanks to the team's professionalism and their attention to detail.

Discovered by chance, it's definitely recommended. The atmosphere is family-friendly. The meat is amazing, as is the appetizer. Generous portions and competitive prices, especially for the high quality. Their wine is very good. Sisters Silvia and Christian are super kind and knowledgeable. If you haven't heard of it, come here! Those who know them will definitely come back. Also worth a try in the summer, in the cool garden under the olive trees!

Borgo del Cacchione is a guaranteed place to spend an evening enjoying excellent food and a place that makes you feel at home. You'll feel pampered from the appetizers to the first courses (I recommend the bucatini with porchetta, pancetta, and crispy onion... simply fantastic) right up to the meat selection. The owner takes center stage with his meat recommendations. THE COOKING IS EXCELLENT, THE SMOKING IS DIVINE, and the selection of raw fish is superb. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a day out and feel pampered.

I decided to celebrate my 50th birthday at this restaurant, which I already knew, and it didn't disappoint. Even those who hadn't been there were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the welcoming, family atmosphere. Thank you.

10/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! A must try!!! Very convenient from Termini Station, in my opinion, it's worth a visit even if you're coming from further away. Welcoming atmosphere, attentive owner and staff. Fast, attentive, and courteous service. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Good and inviting dishes. Our carbonara...excellent!!!! Prices are ok. 09/11/2025: A fantastic experience. This small but cozy restaurant offers excellent traditional Roman dishes. The owner is exceptional, and the service is impeccable, with polite and professional waiters. The dishes are generous and reasonably priced. We ate a bit of everything, including the fantastic carbonara and rigatoni alla pajata, a specialty. Homemade desserts, and a truly excellent tiramisu! I highly recommend it.
09/11/2025: Excellent Roman cuisine, warm service, exceptional coratella, excellent pappardelle! Nice without wine, €25 per person and you get a lot of quality food.
