An excellent experience from start to finish. Returning to Borgo del Cacchione is always a rewarding experience, but this time—there were seven of us—it was even more surprising. The welcome was warm and professional, accompanied by a simple but delicious plate of potatoes and pecorino cheese, perfect for the start. We began the dinner with their mixed raw fish, which was truly extraordinary: impeccable freshness, clean flavors, and balanced pairings. A dish worth the visit alone. For main courses, we chose tagliata and amatriciana: tender meat, cooked to perfection, generous and well-prepared side dishes, and a rich, flavorful, flawless pasta. All accompanied by two carefully selected glasses of wine and a water service that was always present but never intrusive. The service, as always, was impeccable: attentive, quick, kind, with that professionalism that makes you feel cared for without being disturbed. The location remains one of its strong points: immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani, well-kept, quiet, ideal for both groups and couples. Full rating: 5 out of 5. Excellent cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. One of the best dining experiences in the area. We'll definitely be back.

I had lunch with my Roman family (I live in Forlì) and it was really great... friendliness and efficiency.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday, November 15th. I should start by saying that although we arrived a little early for dinner (around 7:15 PM), they still seated us very kindly. The staff, especially the blonde woman, is extremely kind and helpful. A young man at the meat counter described the various cuts of meat and gave us the best recommendations. The meat was amazing, but overall the food was excellent; we had a mixed antipasto with meat and appetizers. We will definitely return to this excellent restaurant.

I received some bonus money on a website (its name is shown in the photo attached to the review) and decided to give myself a small pleasant evening. I came in for dinner, ordered pasta — and it was spot on. Really tasty, rich sauce, crispy bacon.

Recommended by a friend, I went there with my family one evening for dinner. The place is truly charming and welcoming, the hospitality is that of a kind and caring family with special attention to their customers. The flavor of the smoked meat is noteworthy, leaving a pleasant yet light wood smoke note in the mouth. Highly recommended.

A natural and simple place. A soft light that is best enjoyed among olive trees and charming farm animals. The overall atmosphere is serene, and the service is excellent. As you leave, you start thinking about returning again.

A simple place but with a big heart... we ate a tasting of raw meat which was a real delight, accompanied by the cacchione appetizer, then two first courses, a classic amatriciana and a pecorino and chestnut... what can I say, it was amazing... vegetables and a tasting of desserts... fantastic... a real applause for everything and for the courtesy and kindness of all the staff... well done well done

I stopped by a restaurant and ordered pasta — it turned out great! The food was delicious and well-prepared, you can tell the chefs put care into it. The atmosphere was nice and the service quick and neat. I also calculated the calories using the service shown in the photo — it was super convenient and fast! Now I recommend everyone try it, it really helps to keep track of what you eat.
