Borgo Cadonega Relais & Spa In Baiso

We recently stayed one night at Borgo Cadonega and had a mixed experience. After traveling 2000 km by car, we were hoping for a more welcoming reception, but the service we received came with an attitude, which we could have done without. On a positive note, our room was fantastic—spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our rest was interrupted by a group of women in the adjacent room who woke us up in the middle of the night with their loud laughter and chatting. Dinner at the hotel was a highlight, with great food. However, some details were lacking. The music was excessively loud, making it hard to enjoy the meal, and there was no wine cooler for our white wine, despite the temperature being over 30°C. Additionally, we were surprised that no olive oil was provided for our bread. Breakfast, unfortunately, was rather poor. Even though three staff members saw us coming for breakfast, we waited for 10 minutes before I had to go and ask for a coffee. The staff seemed too busy chatting with each other to attend to guests. Overall, Borgo Cadonega has potential, but there are areas that need improvement to ensure a more pleasant and relaxing experience for guests.

I can only give it full marks. An oasis of peace, with attention to the smallest details. We took advantage of the 120 minute spa program and everything was perfect, sauna, Turkish bath, splendid hydromassage tub, all at our exclusive disposal (probably having booked in the middle of the week we were lucky). I absolutely recommend it to get away from the frenzy of everyday life.

Relaxing weekend in the village. Really friendly staff, beautiful place surrounded by silence. Small, very well-kept spa and delicious restaurant with an intimate atmosphere! We liked it! Advised!

I went for lunch yesterday, needless to say everything was perfect from the good food to the excellent service, the price was appropriate for what you eat, to be recommended to people who are looking for quality and tranquility.
