Hi, we spent a couples' weekend from January 31st to February 1st, 2026. Everything was fine, except for the excessive heat in the room with a non-working TV. I'd like to point out that I chose a castle room, so I paid more. Also, despite the fact that the massage was said to be gentle, it was heavy and a bit painful. The reception staff were very courteous and did everything they could.

We only did the spa and massage, so I can't review the accommodations. The spa is very beautiful and well-managed. I've been there twice and I'd say they time the visits well to ensure a very intimate couple's experience without crowds. The massages were very good. I'll definitely be back again.

I think each of us deserves a little relaxation every now and then. Beautiful.

A fantastic experience. We had a wonderful time and were impressed by the attention to detail. It's true, as it says at the entrance: here you can leave your worries behind. Beautiful facility, helpful staff, quality breakfast. Our compliments also go to the spa and the restaurant, where we ate truly deliciously. We'll be back as soon as we can.
