We've been for dinner twice and were happy. A bit pricey: water costs €4 a bottle, and the service is also excessive; two first courses and a second course cost over €80. The staff were extremely kind and professional; well done!

Extremely welcoming, with attention to detail and furnishings; the wait staff was truly friendly, courteous, and with a touch of polite, downright delightful friendliness. We had the typical Valpellinetze soup (excellent) and a tasty and fragrant Borgo Antico salad. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is located in the center of Aosta. The food is good but not exceptional. We tried a fondue that seemed perhaps too heavy with cream or milk rather than cheese. The typical cured meats from the Aosta Valley were delicious. It's a shame that some of the staff were a bit too pushy and even unprofessional in making jokes about customers and passersby while waiting to be served.

Tables a bit crowded. The service was more than discreet with competence, speed and friendliness. The dishes were well-prepared. Ultimately we had a good time.

Unfortunately I wasn't very hungry since I had a snack a little late and I must not have digested the purple taste well Ok the food was still very good, I had the fondue, my friend had a fish 🐟 Abundant portions Also because I wasn't very hungry it took me a while to finish everything, they were kind every now and then they came to see if we needed anything but they didn't rush us or anything With the fork's 20% discount the prices are ok

Ristorante di una certa epoca, tenuto e arredato molto bene, nel centro di Aosta. Ricco menù di piatti della tradizione regionale e qualche grande classico italiano. Abbiamo optato per la fonduta, la quale è stata servita unitamente a patate lesse da bagnare e salumi tipici deliziosi. Ottima idea la possibilità di fruire della scontistica The Fork. Locale assolutamente consigliato.

Tutto ottimo, non capisco chi scrive che sono scortesi e che le porzioni sono contenute, invece sono gentilissimi, anche coi cani che vengono subito serviti con una ciotola d'acqua e le porzioni sono ottime. Visitato a cena con la mia famiglia, abbiamo assaggiato tutte cose tipiche, soprattutto la polenta servita in varie ricette, anche l'antipasto con il lardo e miele di castagna una squisitezza, insomma consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente!

12/08/2025: Excellent products at a fair price. Friendly and attentive staff.
09/08/2025: I was a bit taken aback, unfortunately. We went to dinner and I sensed a great rush, though not all the waiters, I should point out. In just over 40 minutes, we'd finished everything. That's not something I personally appreciate. We had the veal with tuna sauce, which was delicious. The cheeses were good, but cut without any love. I'd ordered the ficchetti as a first course, but since I wasn't hungry anymore, I asked if it was possible to skip them (while we were finishing the appetizer), but they were already in the pan. They looked as beautiful as the photo, but unfortunately, they were bland and lacking a hint of salt. Good pizza. Prices were quite high, but since it's a trattoria centrally located near the ski lifts, that's understandable. Bread was included in the bill, but we didn't ask for it. I recommend letting them know. My compliments, however, go to the gray-haired waiter, whose name I don't know, the same one who works on the ski lifts. If you read this, you were truly courteous. Enjoy!

29/03/2025: Lovely staff, good seating both in and outdoors, we went on a recommendation and were very glad, then went back again another day. Excellent grilled vegetables with local cheese and polenta dish.
17/02/2025: We visited this mountain restaurant on the last night of our short stay in Gressoney and had a really good meal accompanied by some very nice local red wine. You are collected in a mini snow cat and taken for a short ride up the mountain to the restaurant which is small and cosy. The hosts were very friendly and we were well looked after. There was a good choice of food which was very tasty. The lunch menu also looked good and I would definitely return to sample that in the future!
