Everything is just right at this restaurant! Hidden in a picturesque little alley, it exudes a relaxed, harmonious ambience. The food is a real dream. We ordered different versions of bruschetta as well as tagliatelle with truffles ....and it's so delicious! Homemade chili oil and fresh parmesan are served with the really perfect tagliatelle... A real culinary delight and pure enjoyment. The service is very friendly and warm, attentive and competent.

Excellent local cuisine with typical products, fresh raw materials and great care in preparing the dishes. The service is excellent and the environment is nice and private. Good value for money. Advise! In the photo the delicious chocolate and ricotta cheesecake.

We found the place a bit by chance but it was worth it. Nice, clean and welcoming environment. Competent and friendly staff. Excellent food and a decidedly appreciable price. I recommend to everyone.

Looking for a place to have lunch with typical Abruzzo specialities, we chose this restaurant in the center of Teramo and we were certainly satisfied. Cheese and egg balls / liver kebabs / Teramo style guitars / fried cheese... everything lived up to expectations! The plate of grilled mortadella and pecorino cheese is a little more "basic". Very kind host.

Ottimo ristorante. Devo fare tre critiche costruttive. La prima riguarda la pasta, che dovrebbe essere più al dente. La seconda riguarda la cottura della carne alla griglia, che non dovrebbe mai avere quelle striature nere che si possono formare durante la cottura se la carne rimane troppo a lungo a contatto con la piastra. Per evitarle basta immergere la carne nel vino bianco un secondo prima di adagiarla sulla piastra, perché in questo modo il vino assorbirà lo choc termico e preserverà la superficie della carne da quelle tracce di carbonizzazione. Per giunta, con questo procedimento la reazione di Maillard darà alla carne un colore e un sapore caratteristici che aggiungeranno gusto, specie se il vino era stato aromatizzato al rosmarino, che si può poi usare per bagnare la carne prima di girarla. La terza riguarda il cameriere, che si è comportato come se ci stesse facendo un favore.

18/08/2024: A novice is the truly succulent fried cheese kebabs. Excellent arrosticini and here too we have the novelty of arrosticini with ventricina. The location surrounded by olive trees is beautiful and innovative.

28/07/2024: È un posto bellissimo e ameno. Disponendo, anche, di una chiesa consacrata e una location adatta a celebrare riti religiosi, disponendo di un prete. Ristorante con prodotti di alta qualità, non caro, servizio gentilissimo, ma, purtroppo, poco presente. Cucina a vista, dove, si può vedere, senza venire investiti, da odori e calore, la preparazione di un piatto. Sicuramente, da tornarci
