The experience is definitely worth the trip. Characteristic room with everything you need. Some observations: cobwebs in the room (near the ceiling beams) and poorly soundproofed room. Magnificent and well-kept outdoor space. Excellent but little assorted breakfast (no buffet). Pet friendly structure

Well-kept, welcoming and refined location, kind and professional staff, the dishes we chose were simple but prepared with genuine ingredients with the right balance.

They perfectly captured the true concept of hospitality. From the moment we arrived they took complete care of us in every single thing, from the bags brought to the room, to the attention to every detail. An indelible experience in the heart of Umbria, under the Basilica of San Francesco, which both day and night always offers a breathtaking view along with the rest of the hilly panorama surrounding the structure. Wonderful, rustic but modern room equipped with every comfort. Trained and very kind staff always attentive to customer needs. The only downside is that our stay was too short!
