Borghiciana Pastificio Artigianale is an awesome find in Rome that offers more than just incredible food, but it’s a whole experience! Although seating is limited and we had to wait a bit, it was absolutely worth it. The pasta dishes were amazing, each bite bursting with flavor and showcasing the chef's work. What truly made the evening special was meeting the owner. He took the time to chat with us, sharing his passion for handmade pasta and the story behind what makes his restaurant so unique. His warmth and enthusiasm added a personal touch that made our visit unforgettable. If you’re in Rome, don’t miss out!

Unfortunately it’s changed because it’s popularity. The food is still good but the atmosphere is uncomfortable …the space feels cluttered, dirty and unkept (my chair broke). I understand that because of the demand/space limitations it’s not a place where you can take too much time…but everything feels rushed.

Great place. Wonderful, very friendly service. We were there the next day for the second time and the service immediately recognized us and greeted us with a smile on their face. As long as we waited in line, we got limoncello at the end. They invited people from the line after closing time. It was the best lasagna in my life. I highly recommend it 😁

On Saturday at 6.40pm, we waited about an hour for a table but it was worth it.
Food was excellent. We had a mixed salad, Roman artichoke, grilled vegetables, chicken and meatballs.
Friendly service.
Would recommend.

Maravilloso pequeño restaurante que se especializa en pastas. Probablemente 20 cubiertas, pero la pasta es tan buena que volvemos cada vez que estamos en Roma.
Hacen una pasta preciosa de naranja, limón y pecorino. Gran ambiente. Espera una canción a lo largo de Bella Ciao de vez en cuando.
No es caro "buena comida". Pero mucho mejor para eso.

Comida muito saborosa, bem servida e com serviço rápido. Porém, a recepção do proprietário é péssima. A começar pela batida da porta na cara dos clientes sem ao menos pedir licença. Maltrata seus funcionários na frente de todos e não demonstra simpatia alguma. Agradeço profundamente aos funcionários que mantém esse estabelecimento, tanto na cozinha, quanto no atendimento às mesas. O garçom, natural de Bangladesh, cujo nome não me recordo, nos atendeu com muita educação, simpatia e competência. Local que não recebe nota máxima por causa de um dono estúpido e que trata seus funcionários como animais.
