26/08/2025: A culinary experience not to be missed. The service was courteous and impeccable. I tried the Contaminazioni tasting menu. The selection of artisanal breads is spectacular, the dishes are visually exquisite and flavorful, delicate and intense. The venue is beautiful, with computer and technological exhibits on display. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, making for an unforgettable evening.
