BoPu In Bologna

19/05/2025: The best pasta I’ve ever had!!! The owners/business manager and servers are great people, not only they serve amazing food and wine but they celebrate their customer. We love it and definitely looking forward to eat again there.

01/03/2025: Typical traditional Bolognese tavern: warm and welcoming environment. Excellent and varied appetizers based on vegetables, bread and breadsticks served hot, we ate some amazing green tortelloni with gorgonzola and chopped pistachios, meatballs with parmesan cream, meat tartare, cantucci and vin santo. I recommend the carafe of Aperol spritz, iced, thirst-quenching, perfectly balanced. The owners are courteous, friendly, they entertain you with a few jokes in Bolognese dialect, what can I say, I will definitely be back!
