Simple place just a few minutes from the Brolo motorway exit. Good and well prepared dishes. The place is nice but could be improved with small details. The staff were friendly but seemed a little disoriented. Overall, a place to recommend both for a simple dinner and for private events.

I hadn't been to this historic restaurant for several years, as I no longer live in Sicily. With enormous pleasure I enjoyed a truly excellent pizza, light in dough and topped with high quality ingredients. Impeccable and very courteous service. Bontempo always remains a gastronomic pearl of the Nebrodi.

10/06/2025: I have been to Ossidiana for work meetings and for personal pleasure. I have tried lunches, dinners and aperitifs. The quality of the raw materials and the excellent preparation. The service varies from professional to friendly, but always pleasant. The environment is intimate and pleasant, it can be crowded, but because it has a large clientele
