Historic bakery in Salzano. Bread and leavened products made with excellent flours. Artisanal biscuits and baked goods such as breadsticks and pizzas. Reasonable prices.

01/03/2026: If you want to feel at home, then head to Taverna Birdland. Friendly staff, light and tasty pizzas! I recommend the appetizer with locally sourced cured meats that taste like homemade, but you'll be happy with any course. I've also been there for a business lunch at noon, and everything was very good and plentiful!
01/02/2026: I tried both the pizzeria and the restaurant, and everything was really good! The service was impeccable. I come here very often, highly recommended!
