Bon Pan Panificio In Roma

Interesting bakery, I got some classic pizzas with puff pastry and this sort of focaccia with cherry tomatoes and olives. I didn't manage to take a photo of the pizzas (I was hungry) but unfortunately they were a little raw inside, you could tell from the pale color that the pizzas were good even though they were good, I recommend paying more attention to cooking, while the flaky ones were certainly cooked more but I would have left them that extra minute in the oven. However, the focaccia (the one in the photo) was perfect in every way, good, cooked and with a soft dough. If I were ever in the area I would definitely return.
