Saturday lunch with friends.
Simple, rustic place, immediately warm welcome.
Arriving earlier than the other car, we sit and wait at the outdoor tables near the vegetable garden.
I don't have time to go in to ask for a bottle when the owner comes to meet me with a bottle of good prosecco, water and a fresh and tasty cheese.
They certainly started off on the right foot, and we greatly appreciated his gesture of attention.
We're all finally here. Let's go in. We study the large menu, and reading it makes you want to try everything. The very kind waiter also lists the off-menu dishes with the first fresh mushrooms of the season.
We take two maxxxi starters to share...then some opt for
An encore of first courses: risotto with morels, taleggio and speck, and tagliatelle with pernioli.
Some move directly to the second courses with grilled mutton with baked potatoes (AMAZING), sliced beef with porcini mushrooms (which despite not being a porcini season, were still good, tasty and definitely plentiful) and potatoes with truffles (they only make them upon reservation, and THEY ARE SPECTACULAR!!!)
We drank house wine, brought in bottles with the restaurant's label.
Both the white and the red are excellent (they have an extensive wine list capable of making even the most demanding happy).
Coffee, homemade desserts, truly homemade and as good as things homemade with love, like all their dishes.
From the truffle semifreddo, definitely worth trying, to the trifle that deserved the praise and a creme brulee that I wish would never end...
Halfway through the meal we already felt a bit at home, at the end of the meal there were no longer any doubts, we were part of their large family, they offered us various homemade liqueurs, and here too the quality was beautifully present among the flavours.
It was a beautiful discovery, and a real pleasure for the mood and the palate.
Some places are precious pearls that should be kept as treasures.
At the end they honored us with some fantastic chestnut flour from their store. What can I say.... We highly recommend it. I'll be back. We'll be back

Abbiamo scelto questo posto che ci hanno consigliato nonostante la perplessità di non essere in una stagione propriamente da funghi e tartufi.
Partiamo in tre macchine delle quali una sì perde, arriviamo alla trattoria e ci sediamo fuori ad aspettare le disperse.
Non faccio in tempo ad entrare per prendere qualcosa di avere che il gestore già stava uscendo di sua iniziativa con una bottiglia di buon prosecco, acqua e fettine di una formaggella fresca ma bella saporita. Dal mio punto di vista vuol dire già saper fare il proprio mestiere con passione ed attenzione. Apprezziamo e parecchio.
Il menù è ampio, sicuramente invogliante, a parte ci comunicano a voce e poi scritte le proposte fuori menù con funghi di stagione (pernioli e spugnole)appena raccolti.
Facciamo un summit ed ordiniamo di due maxi antipasti da dividerci in 8, non volevamo esagerare.
Presi bis di primi (tagliatelle ai pernioli e risotto spugnole taleggio e speck . Arrivano in porzioni decisamente abbondanti , poi tagliata ai funghi e castrato alla brace dai fuori menù. Assaggiato tutto e tutto veramente buonissimo.
Il castrato strepitoso. Tenerissimo e saporito. 10 e lode
Ogni piatto è curato e cucinato con cura e amore di chi sa fare bene con passione il proprio lavoro.
Dolci buoni e casalinghi. Veramente casalinghi.
Servizio eccellente, simpatico e gentile.
Ci offrono un giro di liquori fatti in casa , e anche qui prodotti di qualità.
Che dire , posti cosi sono perle preziose da custodire come tesori rari.
Bravi tutti.
Tornerò, torneremo.

Located in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, this small trattoria offers what its name indicates: an assorted choice of dishes based on mushrooms and truffles. The products were fresh and mostly delicious, but I would reduce the batter for the fried mushrooms and lower the prices slightly given the spartan environment. Friendly staff, but a little slow at the beginning and they brought us the wrong dessert, although it was still greatly appreciated! I would recommend if you pass by here, because we still loved it

Rustic restaurant in the middle of lots of greenery with a beautiful mountain in front. I ate first course, second course, side dish based on porcini mushrooms and truffles. Everything was excellent with the staff very attentive to satisfying the various requests of the diners, always available and with a smile. A rarity these days. Thank you also on behalf of my friends!!!!!
