Amazing little spot! We tried the Cappuccino and the Macchiato, and both were absolutely excellent - smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a thoughtfully made coffee. 😊

Great little coffee shop with craft coffee! Coffee is delicious and well balanced. Note that there are no alternative milk options, for those who don’t do dairy. I love the hummingbird wallpaper on the walls.

I’ve visited nearly every coffee shop in the valley, and this is the best coffee I've ever had. This is operated by someone who truly loves coffee as a craft.

I don’t often write reviews, but when you go to a place this special you truly get compelled to do so. I had a flight of espressos that culminated in a $80 shot that was the singular best sip of coffee that I’ve ever had. I sat for a good 20 minutes after and just let the flavors wash over and over. The best coffee experience I’ve ever had by a wide margin.

Spent an hour here deliberately tasting a delicious cup of siphon coffee. There were a few options from Colombia and Costa Rica. I chose the Yemeni beans/roast. A true craft coffee experience and the owner is happy to share his extensive knowledge with those who are curious!

John is one of a kind. You’re not going to find higher quality espresso anywhere in the state. I regularly order beans from world class roasters and they are amazing yet John’s are consistently better. I buy an espresso and a bag of his expertly roasted beans every time I come to SLC. I also pick his brain for an hour or so if I am lucky enough to stop by when no one else is there. I cannot recommend this place enough.
