Such a fun experience. Incredible craft coffee you can’t get anywhere else. The owner is very knowledgeable about the field.

You can get coffee but reserve the bar for 3 if you want the best. I was told there were only a handful of syphon coffee baristas in the US and this gentleman is one of them. Make sure you have more than an hour and be ready for lots of talking from the other side of the counter. Besides the long winded answers, it is a very interesting/ good experience. It is approximately $30 - $50 for the syphon coffee experience. Bar holds up to 3 people.

Is the coffee tasting worth the price of admission? I’d say for sure. Won’t find it anywhere else. Might seem exorbitant, but really a once in a lifetime sort of situation. Very informative, and of course the coffee is phenomenal. If you’re a fan of tasting coffee, then give it a try. If you enjoy pumpkin spice lattes, not the place for you.

Visited Caffe D’Bolla about a month ago now and it was an incredible unique learning experience. I am definitely a beginner when it comes to coffee and very much enjoyed John (the owner’s) straightforward answers. I took many notes, asked a lot of questions, learned a lot, and left with an even higher level of appreciation of coffee! ☕️

If you’re serious about coffee, you can’t miss cafe d’bolla. John has a wealth of coffee knowledge, brews delicious espresso, and provided exceptional service.

What a fun time for a coffee lover. Yes it's expensive. Do you ever spend money just to have an enjoyable time with friends? Plus I was so impressed with John's coffee grinder that I purchased one from him. If you love coffee, head over there and get ready to be educated.

08/03/2025: Siamo stati qui per una merenda; posto molto carino e torte buone, anche se porzioni piccole rispetto al prezzo. Ma la cosa che ci ha lasciato più basiti è stata il prezzo del the: 8 euro per una teiera mezza vuota (sono uscite sì e no 2 tazze da the scarse), senza contare che vengono servite senza la clessidra per controllare l'infusione e con normalissimo zucchero in bustina (in altri posti ho visto i bastoncini di zucchero che sono molto più carini e che mi aspetto se pago 8 euro una bustina di the). Anche il bagno poco curato devo dire e senza carta, tutte cose che in un posto rinomato come questo do per scontato che siano in ordine. Peccato
