As I wrote on TripAdvisor, I don't recommend your place, but I MUST everyone try it... It can't be described, the raw materials, the goodness, the specialties, the staff... I'd say it's excellent and I can't praise it enough.....

Really good! It was a nice surprise and a great novelty! I recommend it! The only downside is that they don't have air conditioning, and we suffered from the heat!

The products were very good, the bread was really light, we had the cereal one, the mini bol... what can I say, delicious, we had a very good parmigiana bol and one with octopus and potato salad, the only complaint is that the octopus salad could have been dressed more, it was a little dry. An experience to repeat.

Posto molto carino, musica di sottofondo super, cibo ottimo e prezzi nella norma…una bellissima scoperta! La ragazza che ci ha serviti ( purtroppo non so il nome) è stata molto gentile, ci ha spiegato cosa stavamo per gustare sempre con il sorriso ( che non è scontato!!!) Ci torneremo per assaggiare CAPONATA e PARMIGIANA

Esperienza consigliatissima. Il locale è in pieno centro di Torino. La proposta è una cosiddetta "bol": una forma di pane con dentro un piatto di cucina. L'idea è molto carina e nuova ma sopryla bol è buonissima e, devo dire, non pesante. Il prezzo è super onesto considerando anche la qualità degli ingredienti. L'ambiente è informale e la persona che ci ha serviti è stata gentile e simpatica. Insomma: da provare!

06/09/2025: A few nights ago, I had dinner at this restaurant with a friend and we were both very satisfied. We loved the place and the menu. The staff was impeccable: attentive, polite, and truly knowledgeable about both the dishes and the extensive wine list. The cuisine is Piedmontese and offers the great classics. One thing I really liked was the option to order smaller portions, called "cit," so you can try more. I will definitely be back.

05/06/2025: Amazing food! A true diamond in the rough restaurant. Off the beaten path, but has a cute outdoor sitting area and food to die for. Highly recommend.
