Good and light bread! Maybe some prices are a bit excessive but that's ok, they are the only ones to have a restaurant like this, it's understandable...
Try the desserts!! They are truly fabulous!

Alas, nothing special, I wanted to have lunch here because it seemed super original to me to eat food in bowl-shaped bread, bôl to be precise, and because it was so advertised that I was convinced, but... a really small portion, I chose salmon and vegetables, good but I received a disproportionately immense quantity of salad compared to the very few slices of salmon which, even if I wanted to convince myself of the opposite.... no. Not so much the quality but the quantity and price which are also very disproportionate. But great idea!

Very good bowl! An innovative concept, they are really rich in ingredients and super satiating (even if you wouldn't think so at first glance)
I'll be back to try more!

Good but nothing special.
The place is nice and the service is average.
The food is good but not unforgettable and in my opinion a little too expensive for what it offers (you spend a minimum of €15 per person).
If you are a student, remember to request the 20% discount because you will not be reminded at the checkout.
Overall a positive experience but I don't know if I would go back.

Fast service and very friendly staff.
They also have a mini Nutella BOL which is delicious!!!

Great idea and very fragrant cereal bread. I took the Bol Cacciucco: good and tasty! Tried it on a Saturday evening.

Locale informale ma molto gradevole e accogliente in centro.
Il personale è giovane e sorridente, il servizio veloce. Molto varie e appetitose le proposte del menu, noi abbiamo preso la “bol” bosco con un gustoso mix di salsiccia e funghi misti e quella al salmone con salsa all’avocado e uova strapazzate. Veramente ottime ma quello che ci ha sorpreso maggiormente è stata la bontà, fragranza e leggerezza del pane. Complimenti. Conto corretto considerata la qualità degli ingredienti e la posizione del locale.
Consigliatissimo.

Un’idea originale e ben realizzata. Un applauso alle proprietarie che, con grande attenzione, hanno studiato il menù per consigliarmi i piatti migliori, tenendo conto della mia intolleranza all’aglio, garantendomi così un’esperienza impeccabile. Come indicato nel titolo, l’unico piccolo appunto (che non è propriamente un difetto ma potrebbe generare confusione nei passanti ) è che il locale non fa parte di una catena o franchising (e questo a parere dello scrivente è un gran valore aggiunto). Ottimi i piatti ovviamente che attribuiscono il massimo punteggio al ristorante.
