Very positive experience on a Sunday in February, restaurant in the central area of ​​Pistoia, from the outside you don't give it much importance, but as soon as we enter we find a simple but well-kept place. Courteous staff who seated us and immediately described the off-menu dishes of the day. Varied menu, from land and sea, in short, for all tastes. We opted for three first courses, a maltagliato with Cinta Senese ragù, a Picio alla Senese and a ravioli with sausage and black cabbage cream. All much appreciated, right portions and excellent taste. Then two sirloins with green pepper, truly delicious, a grilled sirloin with potatoes and a peposo with mashed potatoes that look and smell really inviting. Finally two desserts, a panna cotta and a creme brulee. Prices are more than appropriate, actually below the Tuscan average. I recommend you drop by. Thanks and see you soon

Good but the menu needs updating

We stumbled upon this place by chance and I have to say we couldn't have done better! Typical traditional Tuscan dishes: we tasted various courses, from ribollita to tripe and pici... everything was really, really good! The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of a typical informal tavern where you feel at home. Highly recommended for those like us who love to savor the culinary traditions of every place visited.
