Good morning, I discovered this place after reading the reviews..... I was thrilled by the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff including the owner.... the quality of the food and the dishes so what can I say... I WILL RETURN HERE AGAIN TO DELIGHT MY PALATE AND SPEND A CONVIVIAL LUNCH WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE CLOSE TO ME... AND I'LL TELL YOU MORE... I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED FOR 5 PEOPLE FOR THE NEXT ONE... Ristorante Consorzio

11/03/2025: I review less and less often, but Consorzio is worth suggesting. Discovered thanks to a suggestion from the owner of the apartment where we stayed, I then looked into it further, noting that it is also suggested by the Michelin guide as a place to eat typical Piedmontese cuisine. True, and false. The subject is typical Piedmontese cuisine, the style aims to enhance it by modernizing it or with courageous intuitions. A high-level dinner from starter to dessert, all accompanied by a white wine that I would never have chosen on its own and which enhanced every flavour. Intense flavors that often recover less noble parts such as marrow, kidneys, brain, heart, cockscomb, etc. Optimal.
08/03/2025: In Turin for work. Beautiful day, with warm sun, clear sky. Everything went right. So I treated myself to a lunch in this restaurant with my clients. Cozy, warm, homely atmosphere. Excellent food (the marrow superb). Absolutely worth trying

26/12/2024: Dinner on 12/20/2024 The restaurant, located in Collegno, in an area that is inconvenient for parking but not very far from the Paradiso metro station, is small in size and has walls that host a blow-up of the Great Bull. The tables, due to the type of venue, are discreetly spaced apart and the acoustic comfort, at least on the evening of our dinner, is such as to allow us to talk easily with the diners. Let's get to the kitchen: burgers cooked as per instructions and well stuffed, Nebbiolo sausage with beans and baked potatoes (Sioux) which satisfied my diner and crispy and dry fried potatoes. The breaded steak (Klondike gold) deserves a separate discussion, which, as well as being characterized by some fibrous shoots and a little too thin (and therefore a little dry) it gave me the impression of being cooked in already used oil (I don't think butter), resulting in the taste of the meat being dominated and altered by that of the breading and the not very pleasant taste of the oil. Unmemorable bulk prosecco. Courteous staff and quick service. All in all, an economical account. Rating: 7
26/12/2024: Cena del 20/12/2024 Il locale, ubicato a Collegno, in zona scomoda per il parcheggio ma non molto distante dalla stazione Paradiso della metropolitana, si presenta di piccole dimensioni e con le pareti che accolgono una gigantografia del Grande Toro. I tavoli, per la tipologia di locale, sono discretamente distanziati tra loro ed il comfort acustico, almeno nella serata della nostra cena, tale da consentire di parlare agevolmente con i commensali. Veniamo alla cucina: hamburger cotti come da indicazioni e ben farciti, salsiccia al nebbiolo con fagioli e patate al forno (Sioux) che ha soddisfatto il mio commensale e patate fritte croccanti e asciutte. Un discorso a parte merita la bistecca impanata (oro del Klondike), la quale, oltre che caratterizzata da alcuni tralci fibrosi e un po’ troppo sottile (e quindi un po’ asciutta) mi ha dato l’impressione di essere cotta in olio (non credo burro) già usato, risultando per questo motivo il gusto della carne sovrastato ed alterato da quello dell’impanatura e da quello non molto gradevole dell’olio. Prosecco sfuso non memorabile. Personale cortese e servizio rapido. Conto tutto sommato economico. Voto: 7
