A warm atmosphere, owners Elena and Antonio are courteous and welcoming. Chef Antonio and chef Lorenzo are both competent and professional; Antonio is always ready to explain the dishes, made with fresh ingredients, some of which are locally sourced. Precise dishes, perfect pairings. Camilla, welcoming and polite, will escort you to your table. The wine list is top-notch, and the desserts are all homemade. In short, a real surprise that you can only discover upon entering, leaving your car in the convenient internal parking lot.

I was delighted to return to La Montagnola after about three months. The people who run it are truly SPECTACULAR. Alas, this time, except for them, who are always impeccable. They must have changed something with the ingredients because I wasn't as impressed as I have been the other times.
