After a fascinating visit to the Complex of the Early Christian Basilicas in Cimitile (an evocative place, but in a disconcerting state of disrepair and semi-abandonment!), my wife and I went for lunch at this charming and well-kept restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, and the courteous and friendly restaurant manager gave us the best recommendations: my wife had sublime maltagliati alla Genovese, and I had a tender Fassona fillet, well-cooked, but just a touch dry. The side dishes, flavorful and well-prepared porcini mushrooms, and the crispy, well-fried fresh chips, were excellent. The lemon sorbet was disappointing; it was packaged and not made by them, but they very correctly deducted it from our bill. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. Overall, a great experience, definitely worth repeating.

I was on Saturday evening with a group of friends, there were eight of us, we ate an excellent appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, then we chose a sliced ​​black angus beef each and I have to tell the truth, as a meat lover, I really enjoyed it, it was cooked perfectly and has an exceptional flavor, very succulent, paired with baked potatoes and an excellent wine, a Montepulciano, excellent price, compliments to Mr. Onofrio and his staff👍✌️

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and I must say it was an excellent experience. The appetizer was meticulously prepared and well-balanced in flavor, truly a perfect start. The Genovese steak was one of the best I've ever tasted: tender meat that melted in your mouth, a masterfully prepared dish. The grilled meat lived up to expectations, superior quality and impeccably cooked. The service was attentive and friendly, with a care for the customer that was evident at every turn. My partner and I went for dinner and were greeted divinely by the owner. At our request, he recommended dishes, even though we're not locals. They were beautifully presented and tasted excellent! The food was fresh and tasty, starting with the appetizer, followed by two main courses of excellent quality meat (it really melts in your mouth!), accompanied by Primitivo wine from Campania, also excellent, with a side of fresh grilled vegetables and freshly made potato chips. To finish, we had the local dessert: Annurca apple baba... Unfortunately, we were just passing through, but this kind of place is unforgettable! The place is also clean and tidy. Da dove cominciare... Il posto è molto carino, pulito, accogliente. Proprietario gentilissimo, spiega con passione e amore tutti i piatti e non è per nulla invadente, la moglie altrettanto gentile e simpatica. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, si sentiva dal primo boccone che i prodotti erano di prima qualità e lavorati con cura. Il conto proporzionato a ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Un consiglio... Se vi consigliano di dividere un piatto... Fidatevi 😉 Da ritornarci assolutamente.

È sempre una certezza. La qualità di questo ristorante è eccelsa. Carne ottima, atmosfera incantevole e un tiramisù ……. sublime. Ho pernottato anche presso il b&b della struttura e le camere sono pulite e comode. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!!!
