A wonderful experience at this place in the historic center... My partner and I went out one evening, and everything was excellent!! Carmen, the waitress, was really kind and helpful! She recommended an octopus, stracciatella, and arugula sandwich, which was truly delicious! Definitely worth trying!

This place is a delightful spot with a cozy atmosphere and a commendable selection of wines. The ambiance is relaxed, making it perfect for an evening out. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, assisting in selecting wines that suit your palate. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that the service, while warm, was a bit slow at times. Nonetheless, it didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant wine bar in Putignano.

Excellent menu! The drink combinations are unique and expertly made. Out of the dozens of places we had drinks in our month long vacation, Bobos Wine Bar made my new favorite drink.

12/09/2025: If you want to eat a perfect 90° panzerotto from Bari (posture), you can't go anywhere else. The pizzas are also top-notch.
06/09/2025: Finally, real pizza and panzerotti have returned to Carrassi. Tonight we went, confident we'd eat the same pizza we've always had at L.go Albicocca. The service was good. Congratulations. P.S. I'm forced to edit my first review because this is the second time I've ordered fried panzerotti through Just Eat, and honestly, they're neither the ones I've eaten at the restaurant nor the ones I've eaten at L.go Albicocca. Yesterday I ordered two XL panzerotti, but we basically ate half of them. The quality wasn't the same, nor was the sauce, the frying oil, or even the flavorless mozzarella. With all these changes, it wasn't possible to eat it all. I hope you're not applying the usual policy of everything starting out good and then the ingredients spoiling. And above all, I hope you don't have double standards, meaning that online orders lead to less customer service.
