There is really nothing to say about the pizzas, the leavening is excellent, digestibility excellent and conviviality at the highest levels. In terms of atmosphere, however, there is a lot of work to do because dinner must be a pleasure and should not be based on speed. The attention to the customer is also evident from these little things that would make an immersive experience (just like Bob aims to be) even more complete and well-rounded. A place that exceeded our already very high expectations. After a long time we managed to book on Saturday night. It is reductive to think of this place as a simple pizzeria. Everything is perfectly organized by the digital menu, with a little game to pass the time!. The doughs and combinations are extraordinary. I tasted the 'Alici come prima' with a particular cooking technique that makes it super light, the 'dark side of bob' is also very good and super tasty. The raw materials and preparations are of the highest level and the staff is trained. Excellent service. The only flaw is the booking system, which does not allow you to plan in advance, there would be a need for it as the place deserves it!. Prices are adequate for the quality.

The best pizza I have eaten in all of Italy and anywhere in the world where I have been. The dough melts in your mouth, the ingredients are of excellent quality and they put the necessary amount on the pizza. Every pizza, every single-slice and every dessert is a work of art! And the icing on the cake: they have elaborate and delicious vegan starters, pizzas and desserts. I don't know what else to say! Twice a year I come to Calabria, I never miss a visit to Bob, a feast for the senses and the soul ❤️

There are places that deserve to be protected as a heritage of the territory, "Bob" is pure experience and to appreciate it you must understand its methods and philosophy; once this step is over the path is easy, it lovingly takes you to peaks of taste and emotions. Ingredients, research into combinations, poetry of the dough, hospitality, everything blends together in the best possible way to stimulate happiness; single portions, pizza with different cooking techniques, desserts... I wouldn't be able to find a fault even if I disliked the staff (incidentally, efficient and helpful). What do I think about the lack of cutlery? A gift to those who don't like superfluous objects creating distance between their hands and those masterpieces on their plate.

Siamo arrivati da voi casualmente leggendo le recensioni, normalmente bisognerebbe prenotare per tempo ma siamo stati super fortunati ed abbiamo trovato subito posto a causa di una disdetta altrui. Siamo stati accolti subito con il sorriso e gentilezza, il resto della serata è stata una vera e propria esperienza top! E’ stato sempre un crescendo in positivo birra ottima e pizze SUPER!!! Torneremo sicuramente e grazie ancora! Da qualsiasi parte voi arriviate sarebbe un grande peccato non passare a cenare qui!!!
