Siamo arrivati da voi casualmente leggendo le recensioni, normalmente bisognerebbe prenotare per tempo ma siamo stati super fortunati ed abbiamo trovato subito posto a causa di una disdetta altrui. Siamo stati accolti subito con il sorriso e gentilezza, il resto della serata è stata una vera e propria esperienza top! E’ stato sempre un crescendo in positivo birra ottima e pizze SUPER!!! Torneremo sicuramente e grazie ancora! Da qualsiasi parte voi arriviate sarebbe un grande peccato non passare a cenare qui!!!

An absolutely must-try pizza, the best I've ever eaten. But there is a huge flaw, I have been there three times and each time something on the menu was finished. It is inconceivable that a pizzeria of this caliber remains at 9pm without ingredients to make an appetizer, especially if people drive an hour and a half to get there, perhaps just to taste it.

Definitely one of the best pizzerias in Calabria, very high quality products and attention to every detail.
The quality/price is also excellent especially considering the level of the raw material.
Efficient service and very short waiting times.
What didn't excite me was certainly the approach towards the customer.
Right from the start we were invited several times, in particular by a waiter, to order from starter to dessert in a single order rather than possibly ordering further courses at a later time and above all to impose their thoughts on the customer.
The menu is digital in Videogames format with the various names of mixtures without related photos or ordinary names of the same, so it was very difficult to understand what to get, as they say they don't have paper menus.
The same goes for cutlery, you are forced to eat with your hands, however they did not bring towels or a cupboard before starting the meal nor did they want to bring cutlery.
I understand that it's their idea and identity of the brand and place, but you have to please everyone a little by opening a business, without imposing it on those who aren't comfortable with it.
For the rest it's a really great place.

After the first experience 3 years ago, we returned full of expectations... the real critical point, for our experience, was the service. We are "welcomed" by a boy who presents himself with an attitude bordering on authoritarian, anything but friendly. At a certain point we ask ourselves if perhaps we are not doing something wrong.... the boy alternates with a girl, smiling and kind, but imprecise in providing information on the ingredients of the pizzas. At 11.30pm a rush begins to clear the table...although the pizzas had arrived at 11.05pm.
Before dessert the napkins are collected, "you have wet wipes anyway". But what?! Why should I clean my mouth with a wet wipe? But ok.
One of the sweet slices that arrives is wrong, the smiling waitress says "well, it's still good, right?!". Out of kindness we don't say anything, we eat and pay for our wrong dessert, no excuses, no alternative proposals.
In conclusion, the pizza remains excellent, the service embarrassing, the "Natia" mineral water is truly among the worst around..
After the opening of so many excellent contemporary pizzerias in the area, is it still worth waiting until midnight to book at Bob's? Not for us...

I have eaten many pizzas in my life, some good, some less, but nothing had ever prepared me for the experience I had at "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi". I thought I knew pizza, that I knew what to expect: dough, tomato, mozzarella, toppings. Then this pizza arrived and everything changed.
Each segment is a work of art. The dough, leavened to perfection, is soft as a cloud and at the same time light and fragrant. Every bite tells a story, as if you were looking at something alive, authentic. The tomato has the flavor of the sun, sweet and intense, while the mozzarella is creamy, enveloping, almost as if to pamper the palate. And then the combinations... they dare, surprise and conquer.
I tried a pizza with ingredients that I never thought I'd see together: a perfect balance of flavours, like a controlled explosion. The finishing touch? The impeccable service and the passion that is perceived in every detail.
From "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi", I understood that pizza is not just food. It's an experience, a journey. And this was, without a doubt, the best trip I've ever taken.

Very good pizza and dessert, nothing to complain about. The service leaves a bit of time, 15 minutes of tolerance are granted regarding any delays, but it is not specified that within these 15 minutes you must have already sat down and ordered otherwise the possibility of taking the falling pizzas and the single portions.
Clearly the mistake was on our part in arriving late, but I expected that a policy of this type would be explained to us when some of us pointed out that the others were arriving. Once the 15 minutes of tolerance had passed we were informed that it was no longer possible to order the single portions and the free pizzas. Why not say it 10 minutes before, as soon as you arrive?
Nobody doubts the type of organization but if you expect meticulousness from the customer, I believe it is necessary to be equally meticulous in explaining the policies.

Pizza as always delicious; Nothing to add regarding the quality.
The only flaw in this last experience is the waiting time between ordering and consumption (just over an hour). The real problem however, is that unfortunately, as is well known, when it is pointed out to the staff at the cash desk, who asks the usual "how was your evening?", the response is always characterized by indifference and a hint of " derision", as if the customer's feedback was exaggerated.
You are good at what you do, the pizza (which is really special), but I would still review the manners of the staff; in the long run it could prove to be a significant weak point.
