I have eaten many pizzas in my life, some good, some less, but nothing had ever prepared me for the experience I had at "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi". I thought I knew pizza, that I knew what to expect: dough, tomato, mozzarella, toppings. Then this pizza arrived and everything changed. Each segment is a work of art. The dough, leavened to perfection, is soft as a cloud and at the same time light and fragrant. Every bite tells a story, as if you were looking at something alive, authentic. The tomato has the flavor of the sun, sweet and intense, while the mozzarella is creamy, enveloping, almost as if to pamper the palate. And then the combinations... they dare, surprise and conquer. I tried a pizza with ingredients that I never thought I'd see together: a perfect balance of flavours, like a controlled explosion. The finishing touch? The impeccable service and the passion that is perceived in every detail. From "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi", I understood that pizza is not just food. It's an experience, a journey. And this was, without a doubt, the best trip I've ever taken.

Positive experience, everything was excellent, from the dough to the ingredients used, fresh and of excellent quality.

Very good pizza and dessert, nothing to complain about. The service leaves a bit of time, 15 minutes of tolerance are granted regarding any delays, but it is not specified that within these 15 minutes you must have already sat down and ordered otherwise the possibility of taking the falling pizzas and the single portions. Clearly the mistake was on our part in arriving late, but I expected that a policy of this type would be explained to us when some of us pointed out that the others were arriving. Once the 15 minutes of tolerance had passed we were informed that it was no longer possible to order the single portions and the free pizzas. Why not say it 10 minutes before, as soon as you arrive? Nobody doubts the type of organization but if you expect meticulousness from the customer, I believe it is necessary to be equally meticulous in explaining the policies.

Pizza as always delicious; Nothing to add regarding the quality. The only flaw in this last experience is the waiting time between ordering and consumption (just over an hour). The real problem however, is that unfortunately, as is well known, when it is pointed out to the staff at the cash desk, who asks the usual "how was your evening?", the response is always characterized by indifference and a hint of " derision", as if the customer's feedback was exaggerated. You are good at what you do, the pizza (which is really special), but I would still review the manners of the staff; in the long run it could prove to be a significant weak point.

Honestly, I can't appreciate this pizzeria as much as before with its way of serving and sales methods, placing limits on the types of pizzas you can order despite it being an à la carte menu... reservation at 10pm with free tables from 9.30pm and don't leave accommodating anyone, especially people who come from far away seems excessive to me, also because the same free table was then assigned to us... There's no question about the food, the pizza is of a higher level... but these details leave a bad taste in the mouth. Furthermore, it is unpleasant that at 10pm we are already being asked to book the dessert, we hadn't even eaten the starter due to the risk that they would run out... I believe that if a shift service is to be guaranteed, certain raw materials must be insured for at least those who have to, according to internal organization, it is compulsory to sit down afterwards... exceptional pizza, but a shame about the rest.

Who can dispute the actions of a company when it reaches the highest levels in the world of catering? Certainly not me! Excellent pizza and service of the same level. The rules that they have rightly imposed are actually a little out of line, as Having to go at 7.30pm if they have strollers. We will return when our daughter gets her driving license 😂

Raga ma che vi dobbiamo dire?? La pizza più buona della vita, valsa tutta la fatica della complciata prenotazione. Quella a caduta qualcosa di fenomenale, materie prime eccellenti, buone anche birre e dolci, prezzo top.

Posto molto carino e non solo...pizze superlative ..una esperienza di gusto... (con vari tipi di pizze e diversi metodi di cottura )...UNICA..Valore aggiunto alla prelibatezza delle pizze ...l'accoglienza del personale...veramente super
