Pizza as always delicious; Nothing to add regarding the quality. The only flaw in this last experience is the waiting time between ordering and consumption (just over an hour). The real problem however, is that unfortunately, as is well known, when it is pointed out to the staff at the cash desk, who asks the usual "how was your evening?", the response is always characterized by indifference and a hint of " derision", as if the customer's feedback was exaggerated. You are good at what you do, the pizza (which is really special), but I would still review the manners of the staff; in the long run it could prove to be a significant weak point.

Last night I had the pleasure of living a unique and unrepeatable experience at Bob's, a pizzeria that is not simply a place that makes pizzas, but a real sensorial journey. The beating heart of this experience is the revolutionary concept created by Roberto, the owner, who was able to transform the traditional idea of ​​a pizzeria into something completely new and surprising. Starting from the provocative and bold claim that screams out loud: "you eat with your hands"! Here every detail is designed to break the mold without sacrificing elegance and quality. The pizzas are offered in many variations, each capable of surprising in terms of taste, creativity and presentation. But what really elevates everything is the unusual approach that permeates every aspect of the venue: • The menu: structured like a video game, it transforms the choice of pizzas into an interactive and fun experience, almost an adventure to complete. • The location: refined and with attention to the smallest details, elegant like few other places of this kind, in stark contrast to the expectations of a traditional pizzeria. • The service: impeccable, professional and attentive without ever seeming cold or excessively formal. Honestly, I can't appreciate this pizzeria as much as before with its way of serving and sales methods, placing limits on the types of pizzas you can order despite it being an à la carte menu... reservation at 10pm with free tables from 9.30pm and don't leave accommodating anyone, especially people who come from far away seems excessive to me, also because the same free table was then assigned to us... There's no question about the food, the pizza is of a higher level... but these details leave a bad taste in the mouth. Furthermore, it is unpleasant that at 10pm we are already being asked to book the dessert, we hadn't even eaten the starter due to the risk that they would run out... I believe that if a shift service is to be guaranteed, certain raw materials must be insured for at least those who have to, according to internal organization, it is compulsory to sit down afterwards... exceptional pizza, but a shame about the rest.

Who can dispute the actions of a company when it reaches the highest levels in the world of catering? Certainly not me! Excellent pizza and service of the same level. The rules that they have rightly imposed are actually a little out of line, as Having to go at 7.30pm if they have strollers. We will return when our daughter gets her driving license 😂

What can I say, the photos speak for themselves. Excellent dough, super ingredients and fantastic combinations. Professional and super friendly staff. Unfortunately I'm not local and I won't be able to go back seven times a week, but I'll do my best.

Certainly one of the most interesting restaurants in Calabria, food and service at the top, the only negative note would include the anxious experience of booking. I understand that they have to do this given the lack of general education of the people, and given the efficiency in the room, having empty tables. P.s. Prices are in line with restaurants of that category.

"Bob Alchimia a Spicchi" is undoubtedly a jewel in the panorama of pizzerias. The elegance of the environment immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a special dinner or an evening with friends. The staff, in particular Francesco, stands out for his kindness and helpfulness. It was a real pleasure to listen to the story of the business, told with passion, while he followed us carefully throughout our experience. The real surprise, however, was discovering that the service is not just a question of formality, but reflects a profound respect for the customer, desired by the owners. The quality of the products is indisputable; the pizza is delicious and superb, as we expected, but what made this experience memorable was the harmony between the food, the service and the atmosphere. Ultimately, "Bob Alchimia a Spicchi" is one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had, where customer care goes perfectly with the quality of the dishes and a fair price. I highly recommend visiting it!

Calabrian pride! BoB should be an example for many restaurateurs; concept, format, service, quality and the whole context deserves 10 and praise! In the last period I visited the top 20 50Top Pizza Italia and I would put BOB in first place like Pepe In Grani. The totality of everything...from the RESERVATION (which already makes natural selection of the customer), welcome, excellent service and the guys led by the owner in front of the ovens who are literally "scary" due to their dedication and love for the product. Raga ma che vi dobbiamo dire?? La pizza più buona della vita, valsa tutta la fatica della complciata prenotazione. Quella a caduta qualcosa di fenomenale, materie prime eccellenti, buone anche birre e dolci, prezzo top.

Posto molto carino e non solo...pizze superlative ..una esperienza di gusto... (con vari tipi di pizze e diversi metodi di cottura )...UNICA..Valore aggiunto alla prelibatezza delle pizze ...l'accoglienza del personale...veramente super
