As soon as you walk in, Elena makes you feel immediately at ease with super attentive service. For styling, Veronica listened carefully and understood exactly what I needed. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. The barbers are excellent, the bar and kitchen staff are exceptional, and the receptionists are fantastic. When you walk in, you see a team working hard to provide a wonderful customer experience. The staff is always smiling and competent. Anyone in the service industry should come to BN01 and take note. Excellent bar, aperitifs, and cuisine, a vast selection of wines served by a sommelier passionate about his work, and extremely well-done haircuts and beards. All this is accompanied by courtesy and politeness. This place adds value to our city. Well done everyone.
