Very satisfied!!! Welcoming and kind staff. I had a relaxing massage with Alessia who was very good, attentive and professional. At the end I was also offered a herbal tea. I will definitely go back!

The experience at bn1 was perfect from the first to the last minute! I was welcomed with kindness and courtesy, I had a consultation with Federico who immediately understood my needs and entrusted me to Teresa for the colour, shampoo and styling...wonderful result, exactly what I wanted! I was also kindly offered a coffee. The atmosphere of the salon is calm and relaxing, the environment is welcoming and everyone is really kind! I don't think there is a place like this in the whole city, they are the best and I can't wait to go back!
