30/01/2025: Beautiful experience: for work reasons we asked the favor of letting us eat very late, not only did they immediately appear very available, but once we arrived (tired and hungry) we were welcomed with great warmth by the waiter (very kind and very good) and we ate Very well. I particularly recommend the black pork fillet, truly expertly prepared. The potatoes cooked under the ash were also a noteworthy discovery. All really delicious and served with a smile (to top it all: an absolutely honest bill, not to mention competitive) I highly recommend!

30/01/2025: I went to Satriano di Lucania for work and, with my colleagues, I asked the owner if it was possible to wait for us after closing time. Upon our arrival, in addition to the courtesy and kindness of the welcome, we had the privilege of tasting some traditional Lucanian dishes: they were so good and prepared that it would be impossible to describe in detail the taste sensations we experienced. What can certainly be said is that it is not a matter of mere repetition/reproduction of tradition (as often happens, when it is treated with slavish sacredness), but of a lucid innovative approach that enhances smells and flavors even more! The added value is the prices: I thought it was a joke, but we spent very little! Highly recommended!!!
