Cibo genuino, non molta scelta ma di qualità. Piatti cucinati sul momento molto curati e a un prezzo molto onesto. Velocissimi nel servizio. Io avevo i minuti contati per pranzare e mi hanno subito fatto accomodare e portato i piatti molto rapidamente. Li ringrazio e consiglio questo posto sia per la qualità del cibo che per il prezzo molto onesto. Il personale gentilissimo e attento ad accontentare le richieste dei clienti.

17/11/2024: In giro per le langhe con amici ci siamo fermati al ristorante Biancospino.Ambiente pulito elegante abbiamo preso 4 menù degustazioni. Che buoni gli antipasti tipici piemontesi..anche i plin e i tagliolini ai funghi ottimi...Siamo stati molto bene.Ci hanno coccolati ma non sono stati invadenti È stato un piacere

24/11/2024: My experience was nothing short of astonishing... Mainly vegetarian menu. I am a vegetarian so I could eat almost everything (except the rabbit-based second course). The dishes, in addition to being very beautiful to look at, were also very good to eat. The preparations are all made with excellent quality raw materials. From appetizers to dessert there was nothing left on the plates... and that says a lot. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The interior spaces are very clean and characteristic. Outside there is a large car park. A small shop for the resale of 0 km and organic products. .
