Blind Beach In Ortona

This summer I had the pleasure of visiting a beach resort that also offers food and beverages, and I must say it was a wonderful experience in every way. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and elegant, ideal for relaxing and fully enjoying every moment. But what truly made my stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the owners: exquisite people, always available and smiling, who made me feel truly on vacation, like at home but with something extra. The food is excellent, the taste is delicious, and every meal was a small pleasure for the palate. A special thank you for the splendid end-of-season dinner organized exclusively for us guests: a gesture I greatly appreciated. It was a moment of true conviviality, full of beautiful emotions and sharing. A delightful place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for everything, I will definitely be back! We went in the evening. The setting was super welcoming, the atmosphere elegant, the staff friendly and very knowledgeable. The recommended wine was excellent, so much so that it enhanced the flavor of the accompanying dishes. The food was excellent, made with genuine ingredients. Highly recommended.

An unforgettable experience at Blind Beach in Ortona. The setting is stunning, but what truly makes it special is the hospitality and the food. Adriana selected every dish for us, each one locally sourced and unique to Abruzzo. 🥗 Marinated anchovies with red onion and sweet Altino pepper 🦑 Stuffed squid on a peas cream 🐟 Beetroot and gin-marinated salmon 🍢 Trio of mackerel meatballs with paprika mayonnaise and caramelized red onions 🍝 Paccheri pasta with mussels, sweet Altino pepper and squid ink crumble 🦐 Linguine cooked in scampi bisque with scampi, bread crumble and dried scampi carapace powder 🍨 Tiramisu dello chef 🍷 Cataldi Madonna Malandrino Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Every plate was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed by Andrea, and the personal connection made the meal even more meaningful. Dining here felt like being invited into a family home, with exceptional care and attention in every detail. If you are in Abruzzo, a meal here is a must. Highly recommended.

Lovely place and friendly staff

I went to Blind for lunch and the experience was so incredible I wanted to come back for dinner! The location is authentic and the food extraordinary. We tried appetizers, first courses, second courses, and even pizza, and everything was truly exceptional! The fried calamari was cooked to perfection, crispy and not greasy. The pizza was tasty and easy to digest, and the focaccia with tuna tartare was simply incredible. The service was quick and friendly, with staff always smiling! Finally, the hosts, Arianna and Andrea, welcome you like a friend into their living room. Highly recommended!

Piacevolissima serata sia per la cena che per la location con vista mare. Da sottolineare non solo la qualità del cibo e la cura dei dettagli nell’arredamento, ma anche l’attenzione del personale e l’accoglienza della titolare.

Ristorantino, letteralmente, sul mare. Molto adatto per coppie, specialmente se richiedete con anticipo il tavolo con baldacchino in riva (senza costi in più, ho chiesto dato che ero curioso). Ho preso come antipasto due gamberi rossi che, oltre ad essere super freschi, avevano una salsa agli agrumi impeccabile. Come primo invece un tripudio di scampi con le linguine dove ho dovuto fare la scarpetta. Personale professionale e preparato, un ringraziamento particolare a Sara che, nonostante fossi da solo, mi ha trattato come un cliente di prim'ordine. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!
