A very good and digestible pizza. Clean and simple place. Super friendly staff. The farinata was also very good. Fair price.

Abbiamo cenato con la famiglia da Blanca più volte e la pizza non delude mai… ma ieri era eccezionale . Ci ho portato due zii di origini campane… sono rimasti stupiti per quanto buona fosse la pizza. Servizio eccellente.. premuroso e gentile.( ragazzo con i capelli lunghi) Cassiere da rivedere un attimo modi poco piacevoli (che non è Luca che conosco)

Very little sausage in the pizza and also, as you can see from the burnt bubbles on the edge of the pizza, in my opinion too much yeast. However, very good ingredients.

Super recommended! Impeccable service and the pizza dough is fabulous (I also recommend the fried calamari which is very light and delicious)

16/03/2025: Nice environment with soft lighting. We took the surprise tasting menu consisting of 9 tastings. Everything really fantastic. Raw fish with a unique taste, nigiri cured and cooked impeccably. Duck, beef heart and wagyu kobe of impeccable quality. Everything really perfect! The only flaw is the noise in the room, loud and booming.

I would like to point out that the focaccia you have with cheese is not the real "Focaccia di Recco", as you well know, but rather a "Type Recco", so doing everything you correct me, specifying it was Recco, when you call it "Focaccia al cheese", not even knowing what it sells, is ridiculous. Silence would have been better, also because no one asked her for her comment.
03/04/2025: I have known him well for years. Very varied and very good bread and pizza. Very honest price. It's good for a quick lunch or a quick aperitif. If the weather permits, the outdoor area on the square with the beautiful church in front is excellent.
