Pork knuckle was excellent / very tender. Their pizza and salad were also great. We were impressed how good the “winter salad” tasted, even without any dressing.

A good pub with excellent pizzas. We tried various dishes, including polenta with mushrooms and sausage, fettuccine with venison ragù, salmon, and pork shank with a side of vegetables (really good). The beers were also good. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly. They also offered a free amaro at the end of the meal. The prices were reasonable. It's a shame you can't book.

Excellent italian food. Many options of pizzas. Very fast and good service. Only thing is poor ventilation and you have to ventilate your clothes after eat.

10/03/2026: Wonderful Hotel! We spent 3 nights here before leaving today on a 6 day ski safari. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice. Spa facilities are very clean and diverse. And the food is excellent! They set us up with free bus fare and an easy to understand winter walking map through beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We highly recommend!
28/02/2026: Excellent hotel that I recommend 200%! Sublime design, large family room with a view, gourmet restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals morning and evening, complimentary afternoon tea every day in the beautiful bar, large spa, excellent service and welcome. We were charmed! Everything was perfect! Perhaps the only thing missing is a large outdoor pool like those often seen in Dolomite hotels, but the hotel's location in the center of Castelrotto village doesn't allow for that. Thank you for everything!
