BIVIUM Restaurant-Café-Bar In Roma

We went here for an aperitivo. The atmosphere is nice, but the drinks and food aren't. The cocktail recommended by the waiter had an unpleasant taste, similar to dish soap. The appetizers were canapés with marinated onions, which not only tasted awful but didn't even match the drinks we ordered. It's clear this place is based solely on the hotel name, because the food and drinks are far from up to par. The staff were friendly.

Restaurant on the ground floor of the Sixt Sense Hotel. Very centrally located, just steps from the Quirino Theater and the Trevi Fountain. The menu selection is good but not overwhelming. The quality of the cuisine is objectively very high. The real downside is the service: rather slow, extremely inattentive (wine served after the appetizer, forks not changed, incorrect bill with desserts overcharged). In terms of quality/price, it's probably excessive (in our case, eating one course and one dessert: €68).

A beautiful room with a cozy interior and lots of greenery. We had a wonderful large table and soft sofas. The service was wonderful and very attentive. The only thing was that the dishes were average – I would have liked to see the beef tartare with a minimal amount of sauce; I would have liked the chicken to be more tender and juicy – ​​it was a bit dry. We liked the sea bass, as well as the ricciola.

We spent our last night in Rome at Bivium at the Six Senses. Our evening was incredible, from start to finish because of Davide. He was kind, caring and attentive. He recommended wine and drinks for us and the best options for dinner. We absolutely loved our time at Bivium because of Davide. He completed our trip in the best way and was the best service of our entire time spent in Rome. Thank you Davide!!!! We hope to see you next time!
