BITES, Via Alfredo Casella 122. An overall positive experience, but with some bittersweet notes... There are two of us, and we opted for the €18 all-you-can-eat option, which includes everything you want from the menu, a cover charge, and a drink. For our appetizer, we had fries covered in cheddar and bacon: the fries were good, the bacon a little tough, but that's okay. Next, I ordered a "sausage" pasta with pistachio pesto, sausage, cream, and burrata. The burrata didn't arrive; instead, they delivered a mozzarella, which, while good as it could have been, didn't quite fit the dish. The rest of the pasta was very salty and had an unpleasantly bitter aftertaste; unfortunately, this one was a complete fail. Let's get to the highlight: to finish and hope for a comeback, I ordered a classic Romana. What can I say? I was pleasantly surprised: soft dough, simple but well-presented ingredients, and the visual appeal was also impressive. There's not much to say about the place: a small, lively, informal atmosphere, suitable for everyone. The waiters are helpful and friendly. The highlight is definitely the price if you choose the all-you-can-eat option; at €18, it's worth it. I'll definitely be back to try other pizzas and burgers, but never the pasta again. 😅

Mi sono recata da Bites con il mio fidanzato dopo averlo visto sponsorizzato sui social e devo dire che non mi sono pentita della scelta. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, un primo e un Humburger, ed era tutto ottimo; il personale, a differenza di quanto detto nelle recensioni precedenti, è stato molto disponibile e simpatico. Lo consiglierei! P.s unico appunto sul servizio, il primo è stato portato mente ancora mangiavo l’ antipasto, a volte questo può dare fastidio, da migliorare.
