Bites In Milano

Nice restaurant in the Porta Venezia district. Very interesting and refined dishes, all the sauces and side dishes contribute harmoniously to the dish. The only flaw is that in some dishes, for my taste, the smoky scent was perhaps slightly covering but we are talking about subtleties. On the other hand, when the level is so high it is right to always aim for the best. Overall it was a great experience, the waiters were also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend it. Bites is an experience! A small place, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Each dish is a mix of different but well-balanced flavors and in the service Lisa is perfect in guiding you throughout the evening. Absolutely recommended!

Superlative! To leave the dinner satisfied, you need €100 per person (including wine) which you spend willingly. We will be back

Si entra e già l’atmosfera fatta di luci soffuse centrate sopra il piatto che viene portato a tavola crea la giusta intimità . La ragazza che si occupa della sala illumina tra l’altro con la grazia ed il sorriso che possiede naturalmente. Servizio ottimo nonostante il proprietario / cuoco sua da solo in cucina . Consiglio nettamente se siete due o tre di prenotare ( come noi ) posto al bancone . Si vive tutto molto più a stretto contatto . Prendiamo beni degustazione , 6 portate ed aggiungiamo degustazione vini . Un Azimut , un vino fermentato piemontese ed un rosso light sempre dal Piemonte che non sfigurano per niente al cospetto di quanto ci è stato proposto. Tra le 6 portate direi che ho nettamente preferito lo sgombro, le capesante e le alici . Un plauso al coraggio nel portare avanti le idee in un mercato ( a Milano ) super affollato . Bravi. Siamo stati davvero benissimo . Nota a pie ‘ di lista il menu viene cambiato ogni 3 mesi .

We were there on December 21st. The reservation was for 19:00. We sat there for 1.5 hours. There were no other visitors. The hall is very small, it was so cold that it did not justify the cost of the dishes. In general, the cuisine is not bad, the staff tries their best, but the cold ruined everything. I had to run to a nearby bar to warm up...

Very tasty, Japanese-inspired food. You order a selection of small courses (or let yourself be surprised). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ambience invited you to stay seated.

Truly incredible - absolutely recommended, very high standard

Locale piccolo e arredato in modo essenziale. Menù’ fatto solo di piatti non scontati che offrono abbinamenti particolari e ben riusciti. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione 6 portate, tutte le pietanze davvero buone e preparate con capacità e gusto. Una vera scoperta. Torneremo.
