Refined and original dishes, an explosion of flavours. Intimate and welcoming environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. A highly recommended experience!!!

Sono entusiasta di aver scoperto bites . Sono tornata per la seconda volta a distanza di poche settimane e si è riconfermata un’ esperienza unica a Milano. In cucina Andrea Baita che, nonostante la giovane età , dimostra grande preparazione e consapevolezza. Ogni bite è sorprendente e frutto di un’attentissima ricerca, tecnica e creatività. Tutto perfettamente bilanciato , con contaminazioni giapponesi e non solo . Siamo lontani da pseudo chef che mirano alla gloria e/o puntano tutto sul marketing . Il modo di porsi di Andrea denota grande serietà, professionalità e attenzione. L’altro Andrea, in sala, molto gentile e attento. Non vedo l’ora di tornare per assaggiare il nuovo menu.

Amazing experience, exceptional service and very creative menu. I as really impressed about the non obvious and very balanced flavors of dishes. It's hard to pick a favorite, but the beetroot and the combination of a fish and ham treat are winners.

Interesting dishes, a new experience for the palate and the eyes, a small but welcoming place, praise for the service. We'll be back

Great, inventive dishes in an intimate setting. We sat at the counter and had a great time. The restaurant also offered us complimentary dessert for our honeymoon.

The dishes are interesting and refined. But the "bites" portions are just too, *too* bites to justify those prices. And then: I am naturally willing to spend more for a high-level experience (in Milan this is the norm) but the price at that point must reflect everything (environment, service, pampering) and not just the quality and originality of the proposed food, in my opinion. Anyway: good!

Piccolo e accogliente, menù decisamente interessante, servizio preparato e molto attento. Tutto buono ma devo dire che i dolci mi hanno colpito in particolare.

The experience was outstanding. First off, we love places that break away from tradition and offer a variety of small dishes. This way, you get to try more things. We opted for a set menu and had, I believe, around six courses. The dishes were creative, and they served some truly exceptional food. The waiter was informative and kind, suggesting some excellent wines to pair with our meal. Definitely worth revisiting!
