Super special small restaurant with a creative fusion menu. Experimental flavors that somehow work amazingly together. Great wine pairings and Very friendly staff. A must when in Milano!

A game. Really a good game. Thanks to its "few bites" dish format, eating at Bites is fun and surprising. The possibility of composing a menu with different dishes allows you to range between very different and very particular tastes in a single meal. There is a lot of study behind the combinations: some amaze for their technique, others for their memorable taste. In a journey it is normal to have some dishes that you like more than others, it is part of the experience to make your own ranking at the end of the meal. The only advice I would give is to balance the "weight" of some bites or specify the difference: some are really a single bite, others are almost abundant. Finally, the philosophy can be seen in the restaurant, almost a bar, very small and welcoming, and in the staff, polite and highly trained. Well done

Posiblemente mereciendo una estrella Michelin en términos de calidad de la comida, aunque el entorno es simple, la elección es limitada, y el lugar es realmente pequeño. Pero la investigación que hacen, el sentimiento familiar y la calidad de las combinaciones merecen una visita (y volver) seguro. También ambiente bastante romántico y acogedor

Amazing experience, exceptional service and very creative menu. I as really impressed about the non obvious and very balanced flavors of dishes. It's hard to pick a favorite, but the beetroot and the combination of a fish and ham treat are winners.

Great, inventive dishes in an intimate setting. We sat at the counter and had a great time. The restaurant also offered us complimentary dessert for our honeymoon.

Piccolo e accogliente, menù decisamente interessante, servizio preparato e molto attento. Tutto buono ma devo dire che i dolci mi hanno colpito in particolare.
