The food here is amazing. Delicious with large portions. The owner friendly makes sure you are happy with your meal. We had dinner with the calamari, pasta with bolognese sauce (so good) and the Braciole which was delicious. Definitely going back for the pizza!

Always enjoy going to Bonta for lunch. Tried the tiramisu this time and plan to get again.

I went there last year and it reminded me of it so I came to look at the photos. Wow, I tried the Capricciosa pizza with Artichoke(?) and it was really delicious. It's not American-style pizza, it's Italian-style pizza. I must say that the pickled Artichoke in the middle helps with the greasiness... Be sure to try it. it is delicious!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I love coming here for a feel good meal! The staff is super personable. Food is AMAZING! I bring as many people here as possible.

Food is good, the prices are a bit high. We normally get the panino sandwiches and pasta dishes but for $27 for a main dish, we stopped. Loved this place but prices are too high.

There were stuffed peppers, tiramisu, veggie lasagna, cheese lasagna, and meat lasagna in the refrigerator case by the cash register. We liked the meat lasagna (which takes an hour to bake). The tiramisu was also very good. The arancini that we ordered for take-out came with a small container of marinara sauce. The chicken parm panino and panna cotta were delicious as well.

Pizza was excellent, the bruschetta was a little bit of a letdown, but the service and atmosphere were both excellent.

This place won’t stay a hidden gem for long—anyone north of Chicago would recommend it, and for good reason. The food is spot-on, delivering exactly what you hope for, and the vibe takes it up a notch from your typical casual spot. It’s fun, lively, and full of character—a standout experience that’s worth seeking out.

Real Italian food, THE BEST. I tried so many different things and everything was so delicious. The wood-fired Pizza, dough was pleasantly chewy and just the right amount of saltiness to it, with delicious sauces and toppings. The pasta was never overcooked and perfect. You can try different soups every day, and the sandwiches are a perfect meal. The steak for dinner menu with mushrooms from Italy, asparagus, and potatoes was so delicious and perfectly cooked. Coffee also perfect. I'm so lucky to be able to eat such delicious Italian food outside of Europe. This is the place I visit whenever I want Italian cuisine! Please keep doing business for a long time, sir :)
