The best dining experience I’ve ever had. I will be thinking about the pecorino mussels for the rest of my life. I shared the gamberi pasta special, tuna tartare and sea bass with a second person, each dish was split in two, full of flavor and presented beautifully. Service was impeccable. Fine dining without the formality and at an affordable price.

Insanely delicious! A huge thank you to the chef and team! The restaurant has a wonderful interior and atmosphere, and the prices are very affordable, considering it specializes in seafood and fish (although my husband also found meat dishes to his liking). I highly recommend it!

Chef Francesco never compromises on the quality of the ingredients, and this is especially evident when you try simple dishes like tartare, raw ham, and grilled meats. Every dish, from appetizers to dessert, is prepared with love, passion, and expert craftsmanship. The mussels with pecorino cheese, the tuna tartare, fregola pasta, ravioli in fish broth, the grilled meat, and even the pardula dessert are definitely the dishes that impressed us the most during our last two dinners. The staff is courteous, professional, and makes you feel at home. Every time we come to Cagliari on vacation, Bistrot 100 is a must for us; we come here at least twice a week for dinner to make sure we try as many dishes as possible. Nosotros donde aquí para la cena, la reserva es una necesidad, el espacio es muy pequeño (tal vez lugar para 20 personas). La comida es muy buena (me gustó) pero las porciones son pequeñas para el precio. . fácil) al final tuvimos suficiente. Si encuentras tiempo, visita ese lugar con encanto.

È sempre un piacere tornare da Franco, qualità cortesia e piatti super. Per chi ama il pesce (ma non solo) ristorante super consigliato.
