Discovered by chance it is truly exceptional. The mussel soup with pecorino cheese is an absurd specialty to try!!

Quality restaurant in every sense. Friendly, professional, never intrusive staff. The menu is mostly fresh fish, which can be ordered either raw or grilled. Then a series of appetizers and first courses. Side dishes and desserts based on what the chef prepares. We ordered a vegetable tart on a bed of Parmesan cream. Truffle tagliatelle, fregola with seafood, and grilled tuna steak. Side dish: roast potatoes and vegetables prepared in oil by them. For dessert I had a chocolate cake, but there was also a pardula cream, a pear millefeuille with fili and ferru von crema. Obviously the coffee to drink is a white Vermentino. Everything fresh and tasty. Cozy and very clean toilet

Place with few seats so booking is necessary. Limited menu, but full of elaborate dishes. The mussels with pecorino are excellent, a nice hearty dish, well presented and cooked. The search for dishes elaborated in their simplicity is the etiquette of this place. Excellent wine list. An absolutely great place to try.

Tuna tartar was really good! I ate the raw platter with red shrimp, langustines and oysters with was very fresh, though the oyster weren’t detached and everything was quite pricey (raw shrimp were 9€ compared to 5€ in other places)

Congratulations indeed for the gourmet dishes. One of the best restaurants in Cagliari. Very elaborate and innovative dishes that are rarely found elsewhere (local specialties include mussels with pecorino, a must-try and fregola). Waiters very present, helpful and prepared. An experience you absolutely must try if you are in the Sardinian capital

X festeggiare il compleanno di un caro amico e cliente, che ama le ostriche e il crudo, non potevo che portarlo da Francesco !!! Accoglienza come sempre x farti sentire a casa, sapeva già i miei desideri e sono stati esauditi al top !!! ( foto allegate ) un plateau di ostriche gillardeau squisite con scambi e gamberi nn da meno !!! A seguire una linguina alll’astice e burrata !!! Delicatissima!!! Uno champagne rose’ x accompagnare il tutto !!! Servizio all’altezza !!! Ringrazio Francesco e alla prossima !!! ( il festeggiato e’ rimasto contento 😂😂😂)
