Yesterday I dined at Bistrot 100 alone, but I often go there with my family. Excellent experience. As always, the oysters and shrimp were super fresh. I then continued with fresh macaroni alla Norma. The wine by the glass was delicious and expertly recommended. As always, Bistrot proves to be a sure thing. Well done.

Welcoming place and impeccable staff.
The dishes are simple and with quality raw materials, the fish is very fresh. Tuna tartar and mussels with pecorino cheese are unforgettable.
The first courses and the catch of the day are excellent.
Delicious and refined desserts. It is not just a dinner but an experience definitely to be repeated.

The place is not right in the center but it is definitely worth a visit in the city. Fresh and quality fish, high level cuisine and with particular attention to the combinations of raw materials. The mussels with pecorino are unmissable, but also the fregola was the best tasted in Cagliari. We will gladly return.

I was at Bistro 100 yesterday, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and I was full after a first course and a second course. I highly recommend the restaurant.

EXCELLENT !! 😍 we came with friends (from Paris) and what a nice surprise! Excellent wine dishes! I had truffle pasta, the presentation of the dishes is magnificent! The welcome from the staff was great! Adorable smiles and we recommended lots of places to visit! The chef said goodbye to us when we left the restaurant, if I could I would give it 10 stars! Looking forward to coming back to dine at your place! See you soon ☺️

Fácilmente la mejor comida que tuve en Cagliari. Hermoso pequeño restaurante con un encantador personal amable y un menú de comida y carta de vinos seriamente buenos con un montón de opciones locales inusuales. Había reservado y me alegro de haberlo hecho, ya que estaba muy lleno muy rápido con gente feliz.
Toda la comida era excelente, pero la fregola de mariscos era alucinante, la mejor que he tenido. Ojalá pudiera cocinar tan bien. Felicitaciones a los chefs y el personal muy amable, este lugar es una verdadera joya.
