Excellent experience at Bistrot 100! Delicate tuna tartare, surprising mussels with pecorino and a very fresh fish soup. A refined and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a special evening. I will definitely be back!

Nice and welcoming place, very kind and competent staff, limited menu, but of the highest quality: fresh ingredients and refined taste. Everything was really excellent, from starters to desserts. Last but not least: the staff is available and prepared to adapt the dishes to gluten-free diets.

Fácilmente la mejor comida que tuve en Cagliari. Hermoso pequeño restaurante con un encantador personal amable y un menú de comida y carta de vinos seriamente buenos con un montón de opciones locales inusuales. Había reservado y me alegro de haberlo hecho, ya que estaba muy lleno muy rápido con gente feliz. Toda la comida era excelente, pero la fregola de mariscos era alucinante, la mejor que he tenido. Ojalá pudiera cocinar tan bien. Felicitaciones a los chefs y el personal muy amable, este lugar es una verdadera joya.

Discovered by chance it is truly exceptional. The mussel soup with pecorino cheese is an absurd specialty to try!!

Quality restaurant in every sense. Friendly, professional, never intrusive staff. The menu is mostly fresh fish, which can be ordered either raw or grilled. Then a series of appetizers and first courses. Side dishes and desserts based on what the chef prepares. We ordered a vegetable tart on a bed of Parmesan cream. Truffle tagliatelle, fregola with seafood, and grilled tuna steak. Side dish: roast potatoes and vegetables prepared in oil by them. For dessert I had a chocolate cake, but there was also a pardula cream, a pear millefeuille with fili and ferru von crema. Obviously the coffee to drink is a white Vermentino. Everything fresh and tasty. Cozy and very clean toilet

Place with few seats so booking is necessary. Limited menu, but full of elaborate dishes. The mussels with pecorino are excellent, a nice hearty dish, well presented and cooked. The search for dishes elaborated in their simplicity is the etiquette of this place. Excellent wine list. An absolutely great place to try.

24/04/2025: We had lunch in this little restaurant that we passed several times, but never stopped in front of. A beautiful surprise! The girl who served us (the owner) was very kind, the food was delicious, very fresh and of excellent quality and the pasta was artisanal. We ordered: tagliolini with cuttlefish ink, ciccioneddusu alla campidanese, trio of aubergines parmigiana and artichoke chips, all washed down with an excellent house vermentino. For dessert, tiramisu and warm-hearted chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. I didn't take any photos, because we devoured everything at the speed of light. Highly recommended!
