In general, a little more attention should be paid to the discount for disabled people. The costs were with the Western card discount but not related to disability.

Highly recommended! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a triple room on the 5th floor and the space was more than enough. The bathroom was comfortable with a bathtub (although very deep and you had to be careful when entering) and bidet. The abundant breakfast. It wasn't super but it was good; what it was missing were gluten-free options. The attention of all the staff was very good, mainly in the restaurant and cafeteria. The location was not the best since it was about 15 minutes by car from the center, but if you want a good hotel on the outskirts it is a very good option.

The hotel is located a little far from the historic center and restaurants, but the service is very good! The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of products.

This time I found it bad both in terms of service and rooms, unfortunately it needs a good renovation as it looks old

Among the accommodations I recently traveled to in northern Italy, this seemed to be in the best condition. If you are a Tesla owner, you can use Decha for free. The male employee's English pronunciation sounds like French. It seems like English is not English. So I took off one star haha.

Definitely nice even if, despite having chosen the Deluxe room, there were some small drawbacks. In any case, I avoid it because I know I'm very fussy and because the price of the room including breakfast is decidedly interesting. It has everything, a very complete bathroom kit, rare to find in 4 star hotels even with room costs more than double. Coffee, herbal teas and minibar snacks included. The room is very particular, beautiful furniture with glass and internal lighting. Very large and comfortable room, excellent and complete breakfast. Easy enough to get to and my room on the 17th floor had a very nice view of the hills. The windows do not offer high insulation from external noise but the height makes up for it. Comfortable bed. I would rather suggest taking care of the small details of the common areas a little better. I will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Only flaw. I asked to set the alarm to do things calmly at 6.30am and the alarm didn't go off (they told me they must have had some problems).. Luckily I woke up at 7.15am (alone) and I had to do it. everything in a rush, so as not to miss the train, and I skipped breakfast (€6 per breakfast for 4 people).
