Super Efficient Staff. Quality Buffet and Restaurant. Unfortunately, the room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Too much dust as can be seen from the photos. Be more careful and send suitable staff to check the rooms before giving in to customers, otherwise you will make a bad impression unnecessarily

Excellent experience: hotel a little out of the way but quiet, with huge and well-furnished rooms. The bathroom is also beautiful and functional; a note: the enormous tub/shower is not non-slip and, if you lose your balance, you risk getting hurt. Truly excellent breakfast.

I am pleased to have chosen to stay at your hotel, I am fully satisfied. First of all, praise goes to all the staff: polite, helpful and attentive to every need, even the smallest. Lastly, but certainly not of secondary importance, having found the coffee machine in the room was very important for me.

Great hotel with excellent service. The boy at reception welcomes us perfectly and the hotel is tidy and clean with excellent parking. Good breakfast. The view is beautiful. The only flaw: few elevators for 18 floors. Often "traffic" was created by increasing the wait.

22/06/2025: I went to Trattoria Berti for a business lunch and I was really satisfied. The menu is very varied, with proposals that range from traditional cuisine to more creative dishes, suitable for all tastes. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the raw materials and preparations. The service is attentive, friendly and familiar, with attention to detail but without formalism. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both a lunch break and a meal with friends. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it to those looking for good food and a genuine environment.

21/06/2025: Our group didn’t know what to expect when we arrived at the front door, but what followed was the best meal of our trip. Tortellini was amazing. All the desserts were perfection. Waiter was super helpful of us and our horrendous understanding of the Italian language. If you are in Bologna - come here, you will not regret it.
