We were welcomed very well by the managers and the smile of the owner. Small and intimate place with colors that make you feel calm and at ease. Quick service even though it was full.
The meat is excellent, but all the food is of high quality

Myself and 4 other friends wanted to try this bistro at the suggestion of others who praised the excellent quality of the meat. In addition to not disappointing expectations, given that we feel the products are good and very well prepared, we received an excellent welcome and service, in a refined and intimate environment. I like discovering and changing places and types of cuisine, but this is a restaurant that we will definitely propose again and return to!

With a group of friends we spent an evening eating excellent food thanks to Alessio's cuisine. The meat is quality, tartare worth trying. Seasonal vegetable side dishes thus maintain their flavor and crunchiness. Greater attention should be paid to the wine list instead!

Was met by friendly and kind staff right upon entering the establishment. Was seated and received a menu, water, and bread super quickly. The staff also had a good understanding of wine and was helpful with choosing the best for our meal. The food (we got two different kinds of pasta) was really really great. We have been driving around Italy for a while already and this pasta really made us feel like we were truly enjoying what the country has to offer. The atmosphere was quiet and calm during our lunchtime meal. Dessert was also incredibly good, especially the tiramisu. The place seems little from the outside but really has a lot of great things to offer once you enter. Highly recommend.

Place with an intimate and quiet atmosphere. We tried two first courses: both were quite good, with not too large portions. Unfortunately the waitress, although kind and quick in serving the dishes, was not very present. All in all, a pleasant but not exceptional lunch.

Siamo stati in questo bistrot sabato a pranzo e siamo stati bene. Locale piccolo e carino.. Si vede che c'è attenzione al dettaglio e al vino. Bella carta dei vini e qualcosa anche al bicchiere. Tartara con burrata buona e anche la pasta con il ragù. Peccato per l hamburger che era veramente troppo cotto... Per fortuna con il Bolgheri è andato giù meglio. Servizio attento e disponibile. Quindi bene ma non benissimo.

Locale piccolino, ma accogliente. Personale gentile. Primi piatti molto buoni e abbondanti. Non vicino al centro di Pisa, ma comunque raggiungibile attraverso una passeggiata.
