Beautiful place, attentive and very friendly staff. Excellent food. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that it's a bit pricey.

A truly refined place, with beautifully presented, high-quality dishes. You feel discreetly pampered. We had lunch consisting of a choice of dish, a dessert, water, and coffee. We also paired it with two excellent glasses of Franciacorta rosé: the wine list is also excellent.

23/09/2025: I was far away, but they waited for me until 10:15 PM. The lady at reception called a nearby restaurant to have them wait for me for dinner. Service: 10/10 with honors.

19/09/2025: We were at a banquet at Unitre with a fixed menu, but we ate very well, the waiters were friendly and helpful. I'll try to return to try other delicacies. The Risotto with celery, speck, and Trentino Grana Padano was amazing!
