Small, slightly bohemian place with the pleasant welcome of Francesco in the dining room and the creative flair of the young chef Pietro in the kitchen, who delighted our taste buds with dishes with truly surprising flavours. Starting from the very long leavened PandiRo' pizza, with a light dough, with just the right crunchy base, expertly stuffed (we tasted the Calabrian one and the one with raw ham), moving on to the katsuobushi risotto (one of the most harmonious and exciting dishes I've ever tasted!) and the tasty summer annolini, up to the delicate duck breast and the sumptuous turbot... to finish the chocolate mousse enlivened by a touch of saltiness and the ethereal cloud of Catalan cream, truly tasty and unusual. The bottle of local Malvasia bubbles was excellent.
An experience to absolutely recommend and repeat, wishing a bright future to this young management

Il Cerchio has found an exceptional and also fascinating continuum in its new management.
The chef, at the time a pongoli assistant, after a noteworthy personal and professional growth, found himself, by fate, with the burden of taking over a unique restaurant in the Parma area.
Not only has he managed to give his continuity, but he is succeeding in the most difficult objective: inserting his touch without distorting the history of the place.
A refined, intelligent cuisine that respects raw materials.
Unique, territorial, refined, but at the same time exciting flavors.
A cuisine within everyone's reach because in the end what evaluates a restaurant/bistro is the palate and for this reason my rating is 5 stars.
Young, ambitious, determined guys with a desire to do.
Rare commodity nowadays.
I am confident that what I experienced is only the beginning of a beautiful story that began recently, but which seems to promise very interesting endings.
So it makes no sense to put photos or insert critical issues but I recommend everyone to try the restaurant with the authenticity and simplicity of a child who wants to experience new emotions.

I think I have never tried such a good lunch in my entire life: from the starter, to the first course, to the dessert, I was able to try flavors I had never tried before. Original combinations and quality ingredients that could already be perceived from the aroma of the dishes that arrived on the table. A true culinary experience that amazed my palate with every taste: everything pleasantly unexpected.

Original proposals, excellent combinations, both meat and fish.
Excellent gourmet pizza.
Congratulations to Pietro, in the kitchen and to Francesco, in the dining room, for how he describes the dishes and proposes combinations with the cellar.
In my opinion, prices absolutely in line with the quality/quantity offered

Pochi coperti a disposizione. Il menù propone le PandiRó, pizze gourmet, e menù alla carta. Le pizze gourmet sono molto buone, croccanti e ben lievitate, assolutamente da provare almeno in condivisione in attesa di un altro piatto della cucina. Menù alla carta originale e dai sapori moderni, si gioca sulle consistenze e sui sapori un po’ influenzati da altre cucine del mondo.
Consigliato per una occasione speciale.
