Friendly welcome. Pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are delicious from starters to desserts: pesto pasta, meat ravioli, the dish in the photo (Cappon magro) or desserts (tiramisu, panacotta...).
The prices are not high (€4 for dessert in August 2024!) and the value for money is therefore excellent.
We came a little early so that we could reserve a table because the restaurant is not very big and quickly fills up.

The food is good, the portions are correct and the price is in line. The only flaw is that in summer if you eat inside it is too hot while outside Amiu has set up a place for waste collection which ruins the atmosphere but in any case we will definitely return.

Characteristic place near Piazza Cavour, friendly and nice atmosphere, excellent food with all traditional Ligurian dishes, very honest prices.
Furthermore, the service is really fast, never waiting more than 10 minutes with a full restaurant.
It has an internal room and very characteristic external tables.
Highly recommended.

Very happy with our visit on August 5 to this beautiful establishment. It's not easy to get a table there, but we were delighted to share typical, local cuisine for a fairly reasonable price.
A little advice: go in advance to reserve or come by around 6:00 p.m./6:30 p.m. to ask if there will still be room.

Non ci sono mai sorprese quando vieni a mangiare qui : piatti genovesi preparati secondo le ricette tradizionali ,squisiti e abbondanti ..cortesia e simpatia dello staff..velocità nel servizio e location caratteristica ..questa volta abbiamo preso : lattughe ripiene,cappon magro(superlativo !!),cima e stoccafisso e per finire una buonissima panna cotta ..prezzo onesto ..unico neo :bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo

Per un attimo ho pensato di non essere a Genova, nessuno "mugugno", personale gentilissimo, un proprietario simpatico e cosa interessante un tavolo conviviale, dove è possibile cenare o pranzare insieme ad altre persone.
Il locale è piccolo, con antiche mura in pietra e soffitto a volta.
I piatti sono tipici genovesi, ottime le lattughe ripiene, i mandilli al pesto, il baccalà fritto ed il cappon magro buoni i crostini con crema di baccalà, ed ottimo il crème caramel.
Prezzi corretti, prenotazione quasi obbligatoria si effettuano due turni-
