The best carbonara I’ve ever had, and the gnocchi were simply outstanding – hard to put into words how delicious they were! Great quality ingredients, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center, but definitely worth the trip.

GGBistrot is truly a paradise for pasta lovers. Each dish we tried demonstrated both technical precision and creativity. The Cacio e Pepe with Pistachio was extraordinary — creamy, perfectly balanced, and enhanced by the subtle nuttiness of the pistachio. The Cacio e Pepe with Shrimp offered a remarkable contrast of rich pecorino with the delicate sweetness of the seafood. The Carbonara Gratin, finished in the wood oven, was deeply comforting, with a smoky depth that set it apart from traditional versions. Equally memorable was the Amatriciana Catanese, where the addition of fried eggplant gave a Sicilian flair to a Roman classic. Every pasta was cooked al dente, the sauces clung beautifully, and the flavors were bold yet refined. Combined with attentive service and a welcoming ambiance, GGBistrot delivers an exceptional dining experience. For anyone passionate about pasta, this restaurant is an absolute must.
