Fantastic pasta, pasta carbonara and alla Amatriciana - brilliant taste, the best in Catania.

We went to GG Bistrot in Catania and the experience was really pleasant, the restaurant offers Roman cuisine. We started with a mix of really tasty appetizers: carpaccio, meatballs, potatoes and amazing battered cod, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Then, caprese canapés and, taking advantage of the promotion of the first courses at €5, we tried the gricia, the carbonara and the amatriciana. The first courses were well made, tasty and served in generous portions. At the end of the dinner they even offered us three glasses of Passito di Pantelleria, a kind and much appreciated gesture. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent value for money. We will gladly return!

Very nice food, one of the best we had in Catania! Very well cooked meat, great pasta, great wine! 2 main and a bottle of wine, 85€. Recommended!

Very nice little restaurant with a very pleasant welcome and good cuisine.

After a long walk on a grey day last week, we took a chance on this lovely place. The welcome was warm and the service friendly. Our young waiter was very helpful and suggested some lovely local wine, and my carbonara was delicious - even my fussy daughter liked it! Nice atmosphere also. One of the culinary highlights of our time in Catania.

My perfect place for food, service, quantity and quality of dishes. The price is perfectly proportionate. 5+ stars! Every time we go back, we find everything delicious! Very attentive service and owners.
