Bistrot Bonaccorsi In Bologna

I'm honestly very disappointed, I've been there three or four times now but I've never been able to be satisfied. The place is attractive in a nice location even if a little chaotic and the decor is a little gloomy and the service is spartan... simple minimalist paper placemats. For example, the last time we were in a bit of a hurry we took their saltimbocca (two pizza rolls stuffed with raw mozzarella and salad, one with cooked meat which then arrived with mozzarella and tomato??)...and okay I asked if they could be heated and they arrived cold and okay.. a water that wasn't even a liter and okay.. then two coffees at the counter because we had little time, cost €43... it seemed really exaggerated for what we got!!! Sin!!! I guess I won't be back very soon!!

Three of us had dinner at Bostrot Bonacorsi for an evening with friends and we were thrilled! The place is welcoming, with a warm and convivial atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a dinner in good company. The real protagonist of the evening was undoubtedly the pizza: simply splendid! The quality of the ingredients, the perfect cooking and the typical consistency of Neapolitan pizza won us over at the first bite. The dough was soft and well-leavened, the crust golden to perfection and the ingredients very fresh, carefully selected. The service was impeccable: friendly, helpful staff always with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Bostrot Bonacorsi to anyone looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza in Bologna and a relaxed environment to spend an unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back soon!

Siamo stati in tre a cena al Bostrot Bonacorsi per una serata tra amici e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! Il locale è accogliente, con un’atmosfera calda e conviviale, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi una cena in buona compagnia. La vera protagonista della serata è stata senza dubbio la pizza: semplicemente splendida! La qualità degli ingredienti, la cottura perfetta e la tipica consistenza della pizza napoletana ci hanno conquistato al primo morso. La pasta era soffice e ben lievitata, il cornicione dorato al punto giusto e gli ingredienti freschissimi, selezionati con cura. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso, che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente il Bostrot Bonacorsi a chiunque cerchi una pizza autentica napoletana a Bologna e un ambiente rilassato dove trascorrere una serata indimenticabile. Sicuramente torneremo presto!

Bel locale sotto i portici di fronte alla porta di Saragozza ed all inizio della strada per San Luca. Bar pizzeria. Brioche e spremuta buone, brownie senza glutine anche. Personale molto simpatico
