It confirms what excellent previous visits had offered. On par with the top three restaurant establishments in Viterbo. Entering the bistro is like entering the dining room of a friend's house, welcoming as is the service, discreet but attentive and present, the food offers excellent quality raw materials. Very small flaw, not a criticism but a tip for cooking, pay attention to the rabbit sauce, very slightly savory, but I was being picky. Top top top, see you soon

All very good. Some dishes are normal. Others truly delicious. Patanegra is a little below expectations at a top-end cost with slightly lower quality. White wine at room temperature should be reviewed. For the rest, recommended.

29/01/2025: Trattoria in a magnificent spot in the historic center of Tuscania, with space for lunch outside, excellent in the warmer periods of the year. The restaurant is not very large inside with very welcoming and helpful staff and truly exceptional cuisine. They cook various dishes based on wild boar and I must say, having tasted it, that they are really good. Very tender meat and well-balanced in flavors. I also tried other dishes, including fettuccine with mushrooms and guanciale, a culinary spectacle. I highly recommend it if you find yourself passing by to visit this splendid historical reality. I recommend booking in advance as there are not many seats available inside.

19/02/2025: They don't accept dogs. Excellent food and generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff. Low, medium-low range prices. Large place where you can have lunch calmly and without problems.
18/12/2024: Il ristorante si trova sulla stada da Cura di Vetralla a Blera. Ristorante tipico delle scampagnate. Accoglienza cordiale e servizio nella norma. Buona la minestra di legumi misti, insaporita di finocchietto. All'altezza l'agnello panato, abbondantissimo. Peccato le patate arrosto, arrivate soltanto lesse, come purtroppo avviene ormai in quasi tutti i ristoranti: è chiaro che prima vengono lessate, ma poi dovrebbero essere rese croccanti! Prezzi modici.
