I went to the Bistrot in Viterbo and left really satisfied! I ate very well: every dish, from the first course to the dessert, was studied in detail and rich in flavour. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and professional staff. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for high-level cuisine in a welcoming environment.

Wonderful experience! We came here from Rome with some friends and on the advice of another friend... Red anchovies with toasted bread and butter (exceptional) Trio of bruschetta (tomato, colonnade lard and aubergines) Escargot Radicchio and shrimp risotto (remarkable) Gnocchi with scampi Tomato and bacon Good wine Superlative desserts (Mont Blanc/ Trifle by the glass and Cheesecake) Right quality:price ratio Compliments!

It confirms what excellent previous visits had offered. On par with the top three restaurant establishments in Viterbo. Entering the bistro is like entering the dining room of a friend's house, welcoming as is the service, discreet but attentive and present, the food offers excellent quality raw materials. Very small flaw, not a criticism but a tip for cooking, pay attention to the rabbit sauce, very slightly savory, but I was being picky. Top top top, see you soon

12/06/2025: I have known this restaurant for a long time, I often stop there for a quick lunch. Nice atmosphere, customer care and excellent dishes always fresh and well prepared. Highly recommended the lombreichelli provola, speck and pistachios
05/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la Prima Comunione di nostro figlio, quindi pranzo con antipasto,primi, secondi contorni dolce e via dicendo. FANTASTICO!! qualità dei prodotti eccellente! Ad inizio antipasto ci hanno portato un aperitivo di benvenuto (tipico da parte loro accogliere i clienti con una bevanda fredda o calda a seconda dell’occasione) è una coccola che non passa inosservata! Antipasto di pesce e terra buonissimo. Primi piatti e secondi di alta qualità con belle porzioni, cura delle presentazioni degne di “stelline”! Il dolce …. Quando ci hanno proposta la red velvet ho detto subito SI! Non la solita torta ma qualcosa di divino, apprezzata da tutti grandi e piccini!! ( I dolci sarebbero da provare tutti uni meglio dell’altro!!) Bevande non sono mai mancate , puntualmente ravvivate e questo aspetto per me è fondamentale per non avere l’idea di “cercare sempre l’acqua” Infine passo all’aspetto della cura del cliente… siamo stati coccolati, come in famiglia, mai invadenti , educati e gentili sia il personale che i proprietari super disponibili! Noi torneremo sicuramente …

HORTA Grill Bar

02/06/2025: Essendo ospiti del contiguo hotel Villa Tirreno, per le due cene dei nostri soggiorni, abbiamo deciso di affidarci al ristorante Horta, posto al piano terra della struttura. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto: cucina, servizio, atmosfera. Piatti, della tradizione e non, preparati perfettamente. Carne di gran qualità servita in maniera impeccabile. Il personale, composto esclusivamente da ragazzi, sempre pronto e disponibile, e sempre con il sorriso sul volto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono: circa 35€ per un pasto di due portate.
