We were passing through and stopped for lunch. It was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is run by young, talented people. The food is good and the service is perfect. Excellent value for money.

You will not find the home made ships, not the ink pasta you might saw the photos on internet.
I had a chickpeas bread with anchovies. It was not very tasty.
Then followed with spaghetti with clams and glasswort. Creative and tasty!

The food is truly excellent. The service was very friendly and helpful. However, we found the portions a bit too small. None of us were truly full. And for the price, we would have hoped to be full afterward. Generally recommended, but I hope the portions are larger in the future...

Traveling from Rome to Tuscany we stopped for lunch and had such a delicious lunch filled with amazing food, friendly staff and a town that is the quintessential meaning of a lovely Italian town.
We can’t recommend this amazing restaurant more.

C'e' qualcosa di speciale in questo ristorante, e si vede subito nel menu. La proposta del Bistrot cerca accostamenti audaci e ti fa trovare sapori gustosi e delicati. Ho provato paccheri al ragu bianco di polpo con ricotta e rucola, un sapore fresco e raffinato, oppure la loro lasagna dal sapore deciso ma ricercato, il ragu di lumache una scoperta.La cheesecake newyorkese e' una bomba! Il locale e'accogliente e il personale molto preparato e volece. Una proposta da provare e riprovare.
