Traveling from Rome to Tuscany we stopped for lunch and had such a delicious lunch filled with amazing food, friendly staff and a town that is the quintessential meaning of a lovely Italian town.
We can’t recommend this amazing restaurant more.

I stayed at a nearby vacation spot for my summer vacation and visited Bistro 19 for lunch today. I went with my two young daughters and my husband. The staff was incredibly impressive and professional, while the chef was very kind. We enjoyed great quality house wine and a wonderful meal. Each dish had excellent taste, seasoning, and cooking consistency. My children also really enjoyed it. Creative dining enriches the moments of travel. Thank you.

You need to book some days ahead. The menu is small but absolutely worth to dig in. Its a 3 ppl show, 2 chefs in an open kitchen (awesome to watch them working) and a server who was serving who was super efficient and yet very friendly.

Me encantó este restaurante. Visitado en la última noche de nuestras vacaciones en Grosseto por desgracia como la comida y el personal y el servicio aquí era fantástico. Después de haber comido para el almuerzo y la cena todos los días, acordamos que Bistrot 19 era nuestro restaurante favorito.

Piatti curati e creativi, serviti con professionalità da un team giovane e appassionato. Fa piacere trovare tanta attenzione ai dettagli e tanta qualità, sia in cucina che in sala. Anche il locale è molto carino ed accogliente. Da premiare, senza dubbio!
