I dined at Bistrocc in Roccaforte with my wife and the group of historical collectors I belong to, and we were all completely satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, well-kept, and very welcoming, ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. The appetizers are delicious: in particular, I tried the veal with tuna sauce, which was truly exquisite, with incredibly tender meat and an authentically flavorful sauce. For my first course, the tajarin with rabbit ragù was a real surprise: rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The main courses and desserts on the menu also deserve a mention for their quality and impeccable presentation. A restaurant that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for those who love good Piedmontese cuisine in a serene and refined setting.

Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent, generous portions were above average, and the cuisine was traditional yet sophisticated. The desserts were also delicious. A special mention goes to the Castelmagno gnocchi with hazelnuts and honey.

Exceptional, beautiful and delicious dishes, the best vitello tonnato I've ever eaten. Attentive and precise service, and the girl who served us was lovely. We paid €55 for two appetizers, two first courses, two glasses of wine, and a dessert. Worth the trip from Milan to eat this well.
