A magical place, where luxury combines with well-being and courtesy. Everything is wonderful, from the immense swimming pools, to the saunas, to the room, and finally to the restaurant where nothing is left to chance. Congratulations, the only flaw was that it all went by too quickly!

Today my boyfriend and I spent a day in the spa of this hotel, we were immediately welcomed with great professionalism and kindness, the place is very clean and relaxing, the pools are fantastic and the water is just right! We also booked 2 massages, being a sportswoman I chose the decontracting massage and for the first time in my life I can say I found a very good masseur! His name is Sandro! I have been to many spas in my life but I must say that I will return here very often and next time I will also book a room! Score 10 also for the poolside bistro which has quality dishes with a wide choice! Compliments !

I went to this hotel to unplug and relax. And it was the perfect place. Impeccable service, cleanliness of the rooms and courtesy of the staff reign supreme. Room equipped with all comforts. The pools are wonderful, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, not to mention the Rooftop54 area where you enter another dimension. I will definitely go back.

Very unique experience overall. I didn't put stars in the rooms because I only accessed the pool with a decontracting massage in the afternoon. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool with top marks. Excellent both in terms of structure and shape of the swimming pool and as top-of-the-line sunbeds for comfort. Very soft towel and bathrobe. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Clean environment. Sauna area and swimming pool or jacuzzi with thermal water with potassium and magnesium the best of the best. The staff are all very kind and always with a smile. Top of the top outdoor pools, a magic within the magic from all points of view. Excellent bistro for its vast offering of delicious dishes. Then I have to add a lot of hats to Sandro for the decontracting massage, I do a lot of massages but never like this. Truly extraordinary. I recommend everyone to try everything. At this point all I have to do is return and try the overnight stay which will be like a thousand and one nights like everything else. The best in terms of structure to date. Chapeau.

Excellent quality of services, swimming pools and spa

The staff, attentive and thoughtful, seem to anticipate every wish, guaranteeing an impeccable stay in every respect. Every detail is taken care of with meticulous precision: the rooms are elegant and comfortable, the common spaces refined and relaxing. But it is dinner at the Pepita Restaurant that elevates the stay to a higher level. "Divine" is the perfect adjective to describe the cuisine: each dish is a masterpiece of flavors and presentation, an explosion of taste that delights the palate and satisfies the senses.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The elegant design of the hotel (Catellani&Smith our passion!), combined with its high-level services, made the experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. The attentive and courteous staff met our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. As regards the SPA area, RoofTop54 at the TOP of the TOP even if there were some customers in costumes present in the sauna area. Pepita's culinary offering is undoubtedly of high quality and refinement with highly professional and friendly dining room staff. Overall a 5 STAR experience that we will definitely repeat.
