Bistrò In Dolceacqua

Showed up with three of us on a Sunday night after the Monaco GP, ready for burgers at a place literally called Bistro Burger. First thing the waiter says? “We have paninis.” Sir. No. That’s not how this works. Luckily, after a few genuinely tasty small bites, three actual burgers magically appeared. No menu, no options, just “Here, eat this.” And honestly? No complaints – they were good. Dessert was also off-menu: a small bowl of fruit, described to us live by the waiter, who apparently is the menu. Respect. Pretty sure the chef was still emotionally at the finish line in Monaco, but hey, so were we. Friendly goodbye after I broke the ice with my flawless translator act. Next time I want one of the other five burgers, please 😜

Fantastic place and absolutely delicious food. We took 2burgers: they were really tasty, the meat was incredible and properly cooked. We also got some chocolate cake with coffee, sublime. The guy and the lady were nice, kind and willing. We had a pleasant lunch.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in Italy. They use only local ingredients to make them. Good service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
