The goodness of simple things....and some innovation/experimentation that never hurts, on the contrary! Teases the palate.

Very good brioche, the macarons had the wafers around the filling too dry, so much so that as soon as you bite into them there is more that remains on the ground, shattering all over; I bought the pack of 13 and some wafers had fallen off and others had already shattered even if you were careful, the filling is excellent, mine is not a complaint but a constructive criticism hoping to be able to eat a macaron again that doesn't shatter everything
