We stumbled upon Bisteccheria Ristorante da Benny during our stay in Rome, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! From the warm hospitality to the flavorful dishes, this spot exceeded our expectations in every way.
I ordered the carbonara, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—creamy, rich, perfectly balanced, and served charmingly right in the pan! The pasta was al dente, the guanciale crispy, and the Pecorino Romano gave it the ideal salty finish. You can taste the authenticity in every bite.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with friendly staff who made us feel like family. We also loved the tile-accented decor and the relaxed, local vibe. It’s clear this isn’t just a tourist spot—it’s beloved by regulars too.
