If you're looking for a place nearby to eat excellent meat, Bistecchiera Ponziani is definitely a good choice.
It's a shame about the rest: the dessert (millefoglie) wasn't up to par with the other dishes, and the atmosphere wasn't exactly the best.

Two of us ate Bistecca alla Fiorentina here. It was perfect! The meat was beautifully tender and flavorful.
We had about 1.4 kg. (You can choose the meat yourself in front of you.)
There are several different meats from different origins. We had the Italian one. There was also some from America and Poland.
The side dishes, like potatoes and grilled vegetables, also went very well with the meat.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Passing through Bagnoregio for a weekend, La Bisteccheria was recommended to me by a local.
The place is small and informal, it almost seems like a re-adaptation from an old shop/butcher shop, which also makes it pleasant. The meat is amazing, the grilled dish is excellent but the tartare... I think it's one of the best I've ever eaten in my life. Well done

Dopo una giro a Civita avevamo voglia di mangiare qualcosa del posto, e cosa se non un pò di carne a km 0! Materia prima pregiata tagliata sul momento e cotta benissimo, che sia media cottura, sangue o ben cotta. Patatine buonissime fatte palesemente in casa e maionese leggerissima quasi spumosa. Dolci ottimi. Se dovessi ripassare per Bagnoregio mangerei di nuovo qui senza ombra di dubbio!
Ben fatto ai proprietari, continuate cosí.
