Mouth-watering!! I don't think I've ever eaten meat so good and tender. Service was young, attentive and scrupulous. A must stop before heading towards Civita.

The meat in its simplicity is spatial, masterly cooked; take it with the sautéed chicory. Well done to the guys who have been following the family tradition for over a century! This is Italy!

Small and particular place; it's a sit-down butcher shop that has gorgeous meat cooked divinely. You choose and they cook it however you want. We haven't eaten meat like this in years! Superlative!

04/02/2025: I must say that there is no more appropriate name.... A lot of good... By name and fact! Quality, courtesy and goodness in its pure state. I stumbled upon it by chance I must say... But, I appreciated the quality of the products... A delicious cappuccino accompanied by an equally good croissant. My choice of filling fell on pistachio... But next time, you go too, I'll try it with pear, or orange or more simply apricot jam.
