You essentially dine inside the town's historic butcher shop, completely immersed in the atmosphere thanks to the history written on the placemat.
Superior-quality meat, cut and weighed in full view of the customers.
Overall, excellent cuisine and quick service.

Excellent restaurant. The place is welcoming and well-organized. The food was impeccable, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. The tartare was spectacular, it melted in your mouth! (Compliments to the chef). The service was excellent: the waiter was helpful, attentive, and well-trained. A place I'll return to and definitely recommend.

Amazing meat and great service. We arrived an hour before closing, and they let us stay a bit after closing time. We had a great time and the food is excellent. A must stop if you are a meat eater.

We had burrata and truffle tartare, tagliolini with Chianina ragù, and fillet steak with vegetables—all excellent. Everything was freshly prepared, and we'll be back for the steak. The staff is simple but friendly. Recommended for meat fanatics. 🥩😋🍷

We happened to be passing by and stopped for dinner. The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly. We tried the appetizers and the tagliata for the main course. All the food was excellent, money well spent. We'll return if we're in the area.
