The environment is a bit noisy for my taste.

Excellent place, good wine, nice atmosphere and I ate a very good, tender stuffed squid with a very balanced filling.

Very good desserts, especially the cannoli

The only restaurant in Palermo that maintains fair prices, without overcharging, in the heart of the tourist area. A huge compliment to this! We hope it stays that way in the future. Unlike other hyper-touristy restaurants in the area—which serve low-quality food at ridiculous prices—at Bisso Bistrot you'll find generous and truly delicious portions, with traditional flavors that remain authentic, such as the seafood couscous, to name just one. For the reasons mentioned above, we frequent the restaurant regularly and have never been disappointed. While this doesn't affect our overall opinion of the management, we would like to suggest that more attention be paid to the sometimes unprofessional behavior of a male employee who serves tables.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Bisso Bistrot. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, vivante, sans être bruyante. L’équipe est aux petits soins, avec une mention spéciale pour notre serveuse : sympathique, attentionnée et très efficace. Les plats sont typiquement siciliens, copieux et servis rapidement. Les saveurs sont justes, les produits frais, et tout est bien exécuté, sans prétention inutile. On sent que la cuisine est faite avec cœur. La salle, installée dans une ancienne librairie, donne un charme fou à l’ensemble. On s’y sent bien, on a envie d’y revenir. Bref, un endroit authentique, simple et excellent, à ne pas manquer à Palerme !

ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!! Prodotti di alta qualità è un cuoco che sa il suo! Dagli antipasti eccellenti come là tartare di tonno freschissima ai primi da fotografare e assaporare assolutamente! Penso il ristorante migliore di Sant antioco!! Prezzi giusti e servizio impeccabile e gentilissimo dei camerieri che sono stati veramente professionali. ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
